I have been using this company for a significant number of years.

Compared to the larger, nationwide UK brands in this sector, BWI Self Storage began as a relatively small, independent company.

Since becoming a customer, the service has proved to be consistently fantabulous!

The staff have always been exceptionally helpful, accommodating and overall, professional. In particular, Debbie continues to managed the Little Heath facility and the customers needs, with unfaltering, exemplary service and dedication.

Sadly, Bijal Dodhia, the businesses founder and original proprietor, recently passed away due to illness, so it is very poignant to acknowledge here, just how invaluable his original company, personal dedication and ultimate service provided, have been and continue to be, for customers.

More recently, StoreBox Self Storage have continued the legacy and although now rebranded, there has seemingly been little disruption through this changeover period.

I trust the staff will continue to be recognised for their ongoing invaluable work and that it is their personal efforts and input that are noted for being what makes the customer experience so pleasant.

Great service from John at Northallerton. Definitely recommend, reasonable priced units.

This is my second time using the Woodford Branch of this storage facility. Paul and Neill have made it super accessible and are always cheery and available with practical advice such as how to understand how much space I need and getting my payments set up. Always a pleasure to say hi when I am in and out. Great local service and knowledge from the guys.

Friendly, efficient office manager Paul Radford is superb!! Made everything easier for us, and very competitive rates as well. Units are always clean and facilities such as lift and toilets top notch. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to store big or small items. We rented at their Topcliffe units near Thirsk, North Yorkshire and we're very happy. 10/10!!

I'm very happy with the storage facilities at Storebox Self Storage (formerly BWI Self Storage), the units are clean, access is not a problem and the building is secure, and it's great that access is also possible at weekends.

What has also made the experience so good were the friendly and very attentive staff, in particular Neill and Paul.

I've always received helpful service while I've had my things stored (for around 18 months now) and have known Neill and Paul throughout this time, and would like to say a personal thank you to both of them.

Rented storage while moving house, easy experience, around £2000 cheaper than a removal company. Hassle free to rent and hassle free to end. Clean and tidy units with easy access. Would definitely recommend

Have been using the Woodford Green site for over 4 years now for my business and couldn’t recommend BWI (now Storebox) enough. The staff have always been more than helpful, especially Neill and Paul who are on hand to answer any queries and show that they really care about the service they provide. It’s not just a lock and go site, it’s a place where businesses are built and solutions are provided, and for that, I am a loyal customer. I needed 150sq ft of Storage at short notice to accommodate my household items due to a delayed house purchase and contacted a number of companies at the time. I decided on Storebox after they contacted me back immediately after my enquiry and worked with me on the storage size I required and the cost. I visited the facility in Knaresborough and at my request I was shown the best units for my needs very close to the entrance due to the large items I was storing. I had 2 units, easily accessible for myself and the removal van saving me money and time. The facility is clean, easy to use and secure. After a month I vacated the units without issue and after inspection and no additional costs I was thanked for my custom. I have used storage facilities previously but this was certainly one of the best and certainly would recommend. Thank you to everyone I spoke with for making this potentially stressful time an easy experience

Used Hornsey to store large amounts of our belongings during a 3 month house renovation. All ran super smoothly - the entry system meant easy access whenever we needed and when my wife lost the keys the team met me there, organising a replacement with minimal fuss. Good price when compared to the competition, 5 stars from me!

We used the Birtley location for 4 months and Amanda was great, super friendly and helpful! The facility itself was always kept clean and we definately felt our belongings would be safe. Opening times also made a difference as we could come and go around our works schedule as well as personal commitments.

Helpful staff, good secure facilities. Used it for 12 months at the Northallerton Branch and would have stayed if it wasn’t for the price (that’s not a criticism, I signed up to it knowing that) however managed to find something larger for a lot less money.

The building was always immaculate when I was there. I raised one suggestion on regards to the key pad on main gate and they actioned it within 24 hours.

Fantastic over the phone customer services, quick responses by email. I paid double fee and requested a refund for the over payment and recieved next day. My belonging have been stored for almost 2yrs and there was no damaged caused by mould or water, excellent ventilation, 24hr access. If I require storage again, I would definately choose
Storebox. Amazing

I have used the Woodford facility, as storage for my business for almost 12 months. Good price and easy access. The experience has been great. From the first time and every time I visit I am greeted with a warmth and professionalism, particularly by Paul and Neil, who have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. I would recommend speaking to these guys if you need long or short term storage.
