Stressless® UK Avis 

Disappointed. I have had a Stressless recliner for 25+ years and it is still more comfortable than these new ones.

My large Stressless Consul is brilliant. Very comfortable. It is my second one having used my previous one daily for well over a decade until I eventually wore it out. I like it's ability to tip right back when I want a snooze.

I have invested/treated myself to the Stressless Mayfair chair in medium size. Its is beautifully made and finished. The quality is amazing. It is exceptionally comfortable and I would highly recommend! Took a long time (2months) from ordering to delivery but they are made to order apparently.

The staff were really good and helped me decide which chair would be the best to buy. Lisa was the person who sold me my chair. The people who delivered my chair were very good and helpful. They texted me when they were near and came on time.

The furniture arrived on time in good condition - which is unusual these days. The furniture is very comfortable, as expected.

Great product and excellent service. We had a minor cosmetic issue with one item - wood grain looked a little blotchy as though damaged. Item swapped without issue.

When I filled out the warranty form I expected to get a confirmation email ..... nothing! I phoned Stressless and spoke to someone called Michael who said he would take my details and forward an email to confirm .... nothing! Talked to him about my concerns about the material and he told me once my warranty was activated I could purchase the cleaning kit for half price which I was given for free when I went back to my supplier. Still don't know where I stand with the warranty but I know that I will have to be super careful with this sofa unlike the one it replaced which was very durable and needed very little cleaning.

The product excellent but the delivery timescales did not reflect what we were told on purchase. Originally HSL stated in January when we purchased that likely date would be about 3 days later - Had phone call by then stating that the Warehouse had miscounted the number of chairs available! Next date 13th February - phone call to say after deadline that the bases were not on the chair models we had ordered.in the final analysis the chairs arrived late March ( a date which stressless themselves usually quote from order) Despite all this the chairs are brilliant.

Quality chair, perfect lumbar support necessary for my spinal issues. The chair swivels, rocks and reclines so you can always be in a comfortable position and the matching footstool is a perfect addition. I opted for fabric covering and it is perfect for me. It was delivered slightly earlier than the time I was given. Delivery was excellent and Stressless provided me with the answers to all my questions, sent me fabric samples that helped me make my decision. I
They are not cheap chairs but definitely worth every penny spent and even better I got it in the sale. Would highly recommend.

We first found Stressless chairs in an accommodation we stayed in for a UK holiday, and we knew we had to buy them for our home! I have been after one of these chairs for around 25 years, Why did I wait so long. Ordered a dove grey, Consul chair with foot stool and table.Unfortunately wrong Colour was delivered first time, but that was cheerfully rectified to the correct colour.so comfy. Don't wait just get the chair.
