Dear Lucia,
We're sorry to hear that the lining transferred color and that this left you disappointed. We understand that this is frustrating, especially when you were expecting a higher-quality product.
This is not something we commonly see, so we'd really like to investigate what may have happened. If you could contact our support team via support@studionoos.com with your order number and a few photos of the item and the pacifier, we'll be happy to review the situation and assist you further.

Opvolging foutief order

The look and quality doesn’t justify the price. Stitching is poor and the print doesn’t look as appealing in real life. I think it’s overpriced.

Dear Harriet,
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're happy to hear that you like the design, spaciousness, and material of your Mom Bag and Adult Fannypack. However, we're very sorry to hear about the issue with the zipper on your Adult Fannypack. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
What you've described does not sound as it should, and we'd be happy to take a closer look. Please reach out to our support team via support@studionoos.com with your order number and a few photos of the zipper and the damaged lining, and we'll review this for you as soon as possible.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
