We are renting this holiday property; we notified the owners of a problem with waste water, principally a downstairs toilet who contacted you,
Within 24 hrs Malcolm and Ricky were with us.
They did some quite extensive investigations into the issue and also contacted neighbouring properties for information and their permission to flush and video the soil waste provisions.
They resolved the issue very satisfactorily (for details see their job report).
Once done we were informed very clearly what had been wrong and what they had done.
Malcolm and Ricky were cheerful, polite and thoroughly professional throughout.
They are to be commended for their knowledge of their work and their approach to it and to customer service and satisfaction.

Jack beresford and Steven Sweeney (14281551) who attended to our drain blockage—an excellent example of professionalism and customer care. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, and explained clearly what the issue was and how it would be resolved.
Their approach was both efficient and thorough, making sure the blockage was fully cleared and everything was working properly before leaving. They also took the time to answer questions and offered helpful advice on preventing future issues, which was really appreciated.
On top of that, they were polite, respectful of the property, and left the area clean and tidy. It’s reassuring to see such a high standard of service—thank you for a job very well done.
