Sun-hat Villas & Resorts Avis

Sunhat have been great to deal with from the start and we stayed in a wonderful villa in Vilamoura Portugal. The app is great and very efficient comms from Sunhat in the run up to the holiday. Gorgeous, secure and well maintained villa. Had everything we needed. We had a great holiday and will be rebooking for next year!

Great Company to deal with our apartment was great. Great location and suited our needs. Just sun loungers could do with being upgraded (or could be due to my age) at least I need an adjustable back rest. Hope to go back 2026.

This was our first villa holiday so we really valued the knowledge of the staff at Sun-hat villas, particularly the UK Operations Manager, who had visited the property and the town and having listened to our requirements was able to reassure us that it would suit us.
The villa we stayed in matched up to both the advertising and our expectations. The location was precisely as described, the villa and pool were just as lovely as the photos on the website and Carvoeiro suited us perfectly, not so busy as to feel crowded, lovely local bakery, friendly staff in the bars, great seafood restaurant and the bay with the beach straight off the main square was beautiful.

We had a great holiday at Villa Pedro in QD Portugal September 2025, it was an awesome villa well looked after inside & outside we cannot fault the villa at all. The upstairs was very private with 2 x bedrooms, 3 other great bedrooms kitchen/dinning room was an amazing space to cook and enjoy meals wine as a family.
Outside by the pool was the most beautiful chill area, large pool nice and warm, BBQ area great! Plus loads of different seating areas outside. We loved this villa and would highly recommend booking with Sunhat Villas.....

Sharpe Family

I have had the good fortune to use Sunhat for a few years now and the professional service they provide is second to none, booking is straight forward, the communication from them is spot on you are not left wondering what's happening and the representative on site is always available.

The villa was beautiful and extremely comfortable, with the exception of the outdoor seating areas on the lower balcony, which could be improved. Aside from that, it was a stunning property in an excellent location, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a very high standard. I would definitely book with Sun-hat again.

Really was a Five star experience for the first time we have booked with Sun Hat Villas, we would definitely do so again. The apartment was perfect, we have all booking details and contact information before we arrived. Thank you.

Great offerings and excellent service

We use Sunhat every year and have done for many years!
An absolutely faultless service, always someone to talk to and remedy any issues quickly and efficiently.

Second trip with Sun Hat and we would thoroughly recommend. It’s brilliant to deal with a trustworthy Company that delivers. The villas live up to how they are portrayed- and indeed even the location details.

We have booked with SunHat for many years. There is a great selection of villas. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. Any problems are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have recommended the company to lots of friends and they have been really happy.

Great service. Never disappointed with sun hat. Easy to deal with.

Excellent company that I've used for 10 years plus, always arranges our holidays and always delivers a first class service. Ann Evison is amazing and always manages to find exactly what we are looking for.

What a fantastic company to deal with, very happy with our villa, was exactly as described. Booked a transfer and that was waiting for our family on arrival at the airport. Would definitely use Sun-Hat Villas again

We had a great holiday. Apartment location was excellent. Apartment itself was great. Will definitely book it again.

We have used Sun-hat for a number of years and they have been very helpful throughout. Good info and good support.

We have booked with Sunhat for the past number of years; their service offering and knowledge of the areas we stayed is absolutely excellent. Nothing is a problem for them; they go above and beyond each and every time. Would highly recommend- well done Sunhat. True exemplars in Customer Service.

Sun Hat came recommended from a colleague. I was a little nervous as we’ve never stayed in a villa so I wasn’t sure how it would all work when we got there.

Easy to book the villa and staff very helpful with queries.

Kept us very well informed. Villa was as described, and a rep was in touch very soon after we arrived so we knew who to contact if we had any problems.

Overall a brilliant experience and we will definitely book with Sun Hat again.

I found the booking process easy and the agents are knowledgeable. Someone is always on hand during the stay and the regular cleaning is fantastic

Sea view villa couldn’t have been any better for large family group!
