Above and beyond
Booking at short notice, Rebecca was helpful beyond belief. Not knowing how to download a Ryanair boarding pass for a flight from Manchester, she took pity on me, and offered to give up part of her day off, to come to the airport and do the download for me. But then she managed to arrange flights from Gatwick That is not five star service, that is ten star service.
Unfortunately, the Riviera set-up was not so good. They left a group of us stranded at Marseilles airport for an hour and a half, gave wrong excursion details, and provided no food from breakfast until our departure at 15.25 on the last day.
So I'll be booking with crui.se again.

They gave us good experience-based advice before we booked, save a few hundred off booking direct and helped us out when TUI put us on a ship with know air-con failure. Highly recommended.

I was a bit sceptical about booking through a company I'd never heard of.

I was treated extremely well by Rachel, Rebecca and Carly.
All 3 were friendly and at the same time very efficient.
Based on my first experience with Crui.se I would definitely use them again and secondly would recommend them to others.

I came across Crui.se completely by accident and am so glad that I did. Rachel was an absolute star, guiding me, a complete river cruise novice, through the minefield of choice. Following the reply to our online query we chose to call and spoke to Rachel who was brilliant. She gave fantastic advice throughout, from fight times to make sure we boarded at a good time, to the choice of deck and cabin location. This will be our first river cruise and her experience helped us make a really informed decision. There was no pressure at all and we know we got the best possible price. Thank you Rachel 😊

Well, that was made easier than most dealings with corporate bodies nowadays when no one wants to actually talk to you. From initial interest, to signing off my booking, took less than 90 minutes and I have everything I need. TUI do river cruises well. Not sure if I want the world to know in case they book everything before I get a chance, but, here goes. They could be called Easicruise really, it’s that simple and a cruise seems to give everything I need. Just need to book some excursions now… but for now, give them a try if you have never been on a cruise. No need to pay twice as much for a great experience … Phil (Midlands UK)

Our 2nd Riviera cruise!
We had been with Riviera before on the Douro river cruise. It was fabulous.
