Absolutely delighted with the personal service from Rachel. Even gave me a holding reply on Sunday morning (even though the office was closed).
Gave me a good choice of cabin from those left.
Also got me a cracking deal price-wise.

Booking was so easy
Booking was so easy: Rebecca did exactly what she said she would do regarding the e mail I had sent. Booked the entire cruise on my phone in my car in minutes. She was extremely helpful. I havent travelled with Riviera since covid but prior to that had holidayed several times with them and always found them polite, efficient & offering excellent holidays. I have 2 booked in the next 6 months. I have no hesitiation in recommending them.

Got back to me straight away after online enquiry with several choices. Gave me an alternative when original choice had booked up, then sorted out the details, flights and made booking. Great price as well.

Our contact person was Rebecca and she was exemplary in her manner, level of helpfulness and patience with providing answers to our many questions. We needed to link our booking to one already made by our friends and to check the suitability of the different excursions on offer. Both objectives were convincingly achieved and Rebecca made the whole booking process a really positive experience.

Having had two previous cruises with Uniworld, we thought that it would be difficult to improve on those fantastic trips. However, following a recommendation we booked our third Uniworld cruise, The Nile and Splendours of Egypt through Crui.se and the experience was even better! Our Danube river cruise
We recently booked our first ever river cruise through Rebecca. In our first enquiry she was able to offer us a small discount as well as additional cruise information. On the second call with Rebecca we completed the booking using the cabin information she had given us. She was helpful and thoughtful.

We booked a cruise and we booked again with Crui.se
We had a cruise booked in October 2025, which we were forced to cancel. We just re-booked the same cruise for April, 2027. Crui.se are an amazing agency. I worked with Rachel and Rebecca, two of the most experienced agents and two of the best! They fought for the most competitve all-inclusive fares, they communicate promptly, making the whole experience, a pleasure from beginning to end.

The best cruise we have been on. Excellent catering, several interesting local wines, good excursions, entrance to several 'not usually open to public' visits, knowledgeable guides, friendly staff.

Customer service at its best.
From the very start the staff were so very knowledgeable and competent
and they answered all of my questions in a cheery and professional manner. We discussed all of the relevant issues for the trip and the booking was confirmed by email within the following 45 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble and my passport details were checked too. When one is served by a truly well-informed person it inspires confidence and satisfaction.

90th birthday dream cruise
The experience with Carley was very easy, helpful, friendly and professional. I told her what I was looking for and she came back to me quickly with a couple of options.
