Excellent experience today at this shop. Lots of selection when viewing sunglasses. Lovely staff members who were very knowledgeable in giving me advice. The guy serving me also gave me a £20 discount because it was my birthday yesterday! I would definitely go back and this would be my first choice in Nottingham for sunglasses and glasses. 100% recommend this place!

I wanted a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses which they did not have in stock. Ashley was very helpful on the telephone, told me when they would received delivery and then when I would receive the product. Helpful on phone, quick delivery, nearly the cheapest, but certainly the cheapest with stock!

After ordering a pair of sunglasses at £100, I then paid a further £6 for next day delivery. Don't get me wrong, the next day the parcel arrived. Just one problem though, NO SUNGLASSES! Just an empty case.

Now have to wait until the glasses are in stock. Very poor if you ask me.

Ordered Oakley racing jackets from the website, the particular style I wanted showed 2 pairs I stock. I received a phone call the next day saying they no longer had this style as it had been discontinued, although 2pairs were showing. I ordered an alternative pair which arrived before expected, without the cleaning fluid I ordered, after a quick phone call 3 bottles of cleaning fluid arrived the following day with three cleaning cloth's.
Despite the couple of hiccups cant fault the service and the girl on the phone Helen, was very pleasant and helpful.
Would definitely use sunglasses direct again and will certainly recommend them to friends!!

Competitively priced and genuine pair of Oakleys purchased. My only criticism is that they took a while to be delivered so I had to chase. I had a really helpful chap answer my call who explained they had to go to the manufacturer as out of stock and I received the glasses next day special delivery, however it would have been better if I'd been contacted proactively to explain why there would be a delay. Perfect once delivered.

Have not worn yet they fit well and look good stroll on summer many thanks
