Always a great deal
Still use comparison site but always end up at sunmaster. Where we want to go and flight times are what we want. Another successful holiday booked!!!

Quick bookings and helpful staff
I have used Sunmaster before and find them very good. Nice and quick to book flights/holidays as well as good deals. Can take a little while waiting on calls but staff are very helpful and efficient. I booked my holiday in less than an hour. They also give you suggestions when booking online or over the phone.

Telephone booking
I booked over the telephone after my initial search online, I wanted to double check a few things.
Paul the representative was absolutely brilliant, polite and helpful throughout, he went above and beyond and answered all my questions.
Great holiday found at a great price.
From my experience I would definitely recommend Sunmaster Holidays.

Disappointing service
i booked a holiday to turkey on the 3rd January paying a deposit of £99. The next morning i realised the dates didn't suit. I phone and explained but was told i could not get a refund. It was less than 24 hours from i booked yet noting could be done.I Am now trying to rearrange important engagements to go on the trip. Not great customer service.

Sorry to read this David. However, once the booking is confirmed some elements of the booking are non-refundable - particularly the Tui flights - which is why we're not able to refund the deposit. Hopefully you can make some rearrangements but if not, please contact our Customer Support team to see if we can amend to a different date for you...
