Gemma on customer service was a very pleasant, helpful young lady. Explained carefully the booking system, double checked spelling of names, address and date of birth.
We have used Sunmaster Holidays pre covid and would recommend them to anyone.

Holiday Issues Dealt With Well By Sunmaster -
We encountered changes to our booking, and with a family of six this was extremally disappointing. We booked hotel only, taking a risk, having no ABTA protection and paying out a great deal of money.
We logged a complaint to Sunmaster and I can confirm that Sunmaster went above and beyond to bolster our opinion of the supplier. Problems can happen but you can be sure Sunmaster will be fair should this not be the fault of the holiday makers. We will absolutely use again.
