Staff in the shop were very helpful and offered to order the jumper for me online for home delivery.

The clothing was for my partner
The clothing was for my partner. Two pieces purchased with one not being up to standard as I defect. The assistant said she would order a new item on line to be delivered direct to house. Two days later arrived.
Service was spot on. Friendly and professional. Shop was well set out and everything easy to find.

Disappointed
It says that my order has been delivered to Sittingbourne since 5 days when I ordered it to Canterbury. I still haven't received my order after checking to collect in store last Friday. I wanted to wear this jacket for my birthday and never got too. No one has even responded to any of my emails.

I have purchased both online and In store recently. I find the staff In store to be very friendly, very chatty and very helpful. Wish other clothes retailers staff were all like this. Will definitely purchase again from super dry and recommend to friends. Also items are of good quality and fit perfectly.

Had problem returning my lovely jacket…
Had problem returning my lovely jacket which was too small,on line so that I could order the larger size but was able to take jacket back to store and they have arranged exchange which is again being delivered to my home address no problem so very happy

When I received my order the sunglasses were missing ( guessing stolen during delivery) but after a chat with Chloe from customer care another pair were sent out and received in 2 days.. the glasses are excellent very pleased with them and the excellent customer care I received
