I tried on the coat in store but really wanted a brand new one so the lady helped me order one online and had it delivered to my home. She was very helpful.
I love the coat, the fit and the colour. I like that you can detach the hood too. I haven't worn it yet as I am saving it for my trip to New York in December! I know it will be perfect for the trip.

Popped into the Canterbury store over the weekend and the staff there were great in helping me to find the jacket I was looking for. Arranged for the jacket to be sent to me in the post (free delivery) too!

Easy to Navigate site and excellent Staff at Canterbury Store
Order process was very good and staff at the Canterbury shop were very polite and helpful. I could not fault the staff at all. The only negative point is the sizing of the item. I bought a 2XL puffer jacket and was told by a friend that jackets are usually on the smaller size and she was right. I am a L to XL at most retailers and this jacket only just fastened so that was why I didn't give 5 stars, I think the sizing needs to be reviewed.

Where is my order???
It would help if I actually received my items. I can't seem to contact you or the awful courier Evri. I will attempt to contact you after Christmas in the hope of actually recieving my £277 order.

I ordered a jacket from the website and…
I ordered a jacket from the website and opted to collect it from my local store in Canterbury. The order was dispatched immediately and arrived in store before the expected date. When I visited the Canterbury store to collect the jacket, the staff in there were, as they always are, welcoming, friendly, helpful and lovely to talk to. Thank you - a brilliant customer experience all round.

Really speedy response to order. Good communication with updates. Parcel (coat) delivered to the store as requested. Staff absolutely lovely and so helpful. Tried the coat on in store. Staff suggestion in case I needed to change the coat size. Beautiful store as always. Clean and organised. Thank you.
