Very friendly team in the local Canterbury store. Helpful with advice on sizes. Great styles to add to my spring and summer wardrobe.

Ordered a sweatshirt online , good quality, and delivery was no problem. However, I ordered the wrong size, so I ordered another one to be delivered to the store. I exchanged it while in store all good and staff were very professional and helpful meny thanks.

I’m pleased with my new coat as it’s seems to be well made and it came to my house earlier than expected and the fact that it’s also has a 12 year warranty is great.

Skirt ordered for my Granddaughter was as described. Easy to order. Order took a little longer than expected but think this was due to pre- Christmas sales rush. Staff in shop where I collected from very helpful.

The assistant in your Canterbury branch was outstanding. She helped me select an Everest Bomber jacket and as the colour was not in the store she arranged home delivery. She was polite, friendly, her suggestions were positive. She was genuinely interested in my purchase and how I could buy the item. I’m not one of your younger buyers but it’s rare to encounter a sales assistant with such a respectful attitude. I’m just sorry I didn’t catch her name so could use this forum to thank her. The item arrived in two days and was perfect

The top size I needed was not in stock and the sales assistant at the Canterbury store came to help and found the exact item I wanted online under a different code and offered to order it, I received the item 2 days later, much quicker than expected. Lots of great quality items in store. Fantastic customer service
