Poor communication
Ordered to pick up item in the store and received an email to say it had arrived. I have trouble walking & have to take a bus to get there only to find the item hadn't been delivered to the store. They had to re-order it, necesstating another trip to pick it up. Not good, it should be left to the store to inform the customer when it arrives. Staff in store excellent, friendly and helpful.

The staff in the Newcastle town center…
The staff in the Newcastle town center branch were super helpful. They didn’t have a 3XL in the shop but found it online for me, and had it delivered to my house in London the next day!

Loved what I bought
Loved what I bought, and wanted to purchase more yet I products marked as same size differ massively when tried on. A reason which stops on line purchasing aswell. Staff were great I just wish there was more of a consistent approach to their product sizing

Helpful staff need equipment that works
Didn't like the item I bought online so took it back to the shop and the staff at the Newcastle branch were extremely nice and helpful though they could do with having equipment that works in order to help them with they're job as the poor girl trying to help me order another item had to try at least 2 console before one would connect. Come on superdry your staff deserve better than that!!
