I had a fault with a coat I bought a few months ago. I took it too Newcastle Superdry and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They didn’t have the coat in stock and offered me another one but not of the same style. I liked the coat that became faulty. Another one was ordered and appeared a couple of days later. Again five stars too Newcastle Superdry. I will definitely shop there in the future,

Easy order very quick click and collect. Shorts too big returned to store, refund was issued quickly.i had reordered with home delivery took a bit longer than previous but within time frame and the smaller size fit.

Ordered My Wife a new Bikini and was a bit stuck between sizes. But picked the right size. Arrived in very good time and packed well. Fitted very well and very good value for money. A Bikini bought and delivered for under £20!!!!

Excellent service! Bought a fabulous coat in the sale, ready to collect from store 2 days later, super fast. The coat was small, arranged an exchange online, returned the coat the next day and collected the bigger size the folliwing day. Super quick and easy. Fantastic service and the coat is so warm and excellent value.

Needed some clothes for an upcoming holiday, visited this store on the off chance that they may have had what I was looking for, which they did.

Bought items in the sale and took another 20% off sale items; bargain! I was also able to get 10% off a full priced item with my NHS discount.

The most important thing for me during this shopping experience was my interaction with the staff, which was second to none! I spoke to three different members of staff and all were polite, friendly and accommodating to show me where specific items were kept. Amazing customer service!

They [quite rightly] charge £0.10p for bags. So just as a heads-up, if you don't like paying for bags, take your own.

Needed help in the shop ordering a replacement (ordered online) jacket - nothing wrong with the original, just not right for me, and actually wanted a different jacket, not just a different size. The person who served me in the shop could not have been more helpful and patient. Order delivered today, and I'm delighted with the item. Excellent service.
