I’m sorry to hear about the initial difficulty you experienced, but am happy that the computer was functioning as designed. Based on your order, your system was configured with a dedicated graphics card, which automatically disables the HDMI ports on the motherboard. In this setup, all video output must come directly from the graphics card, using the included adapters provided in your hardware kit.
Our support team is able to guide customers through this type of learning curve situation very quickly once we’re able to connect during business hours. We understand this can be unexpected if you don’t use dedicated graphics cards often, and we’re always happy to walk through setup step-by-step.

Could have been so much simpler
My concern is that you guys couldn't start up a computer that you built just a few months ago. I understand that Windows 11 went sideways. But with the whiz bang technology available today, was wiping out the hard drive and re-installing Windows 11 the only option? I had to start over myself, with programs and data files. And say, thanks to Eugene for saving my Cakewalk files. And I did get my computer back and it's working. Seems like it could have been simpler.

We understand that accurate information and reliable dates are critical to your operations, and it is clear we fell short of the standard you expect from us.
We are currently navigating worldwide parts shortages which have forced us to push out server delivery dates. However, we understand that these supply chain constraints make accurate and timely information even more critical for your planning, and we failed to keep you updated on these shifts.
After reviewing your open orders, it looks like we are just waiting for an updated PO from Flex before being able to move forward with production of your servers.
