Computer was badly assembled
For all the computers we ordered, one of the front fan is connected onto the PUMP connector, thus letting a fan going full speed all the time.
We also received computer with the ram installed in the wrong slots...

We liked quick turn around and quality.

I called their a sales line and received an American salesman, who spoke perfect English, within the first three rings. The salesman was obsessed with wanting my money. He was willing to do anything to close that deal, and I cannot be happier. In that desire, his dedication and patience in helping me find what I wanted was the primary indication that I had found the right corporation to furnish my computer.

I am autistic, and I have trouble describing emotions and feelings. While I know more than the average user about computing (and am professionally certified), it was difficult for me to convey wants and needs. I didn't simply have a list of specs and numbers, I needed a wholly custom computer. Due to the volume of detail, I had trouble summarizing things in writing without writing a ten thousand word essay.

I told the salesman that I could not E-Mail him a specific product or range. To my amazement, he asked me to give him a list of exactly what specs I wanted. The salesman told me that HE, on his own time, would personally locate the computer that matches all of my requests.

The salesman did so in less than a hour, and then engaged in a back-and-forth E-Mail conversation, multiple times, where I asked him questions, clarified meanings, and so on. He then showed me that, if I wanted to spend more than the initial cost, I could adjust certain settings on his recommendation.

Needless to say, I got what I wanted.

(The product's only mistakes were that he promised me a product with seven COM serial ports. I got seven, but only one was external. The rest were internal, making them useless. The other mistake was that I asked for two PCIE ports and the rest to be PCI. I only got a single PCI port.)

Superlogics promised to build my computer in five days because I paid for expedition. They succeeded. The computer arrived late due to extreme weather, not due to Superlogics.

Here is another exciting thing I learned during my purchase: all Superlogics machines are ASSEMBLED IN AMERICA, BY AMERICAN HANDS. Superlogics machine are assembled here in the United States, in Massachutses. Obviously, they source the parts from all over, but the fact that they show such loyalty to their country as to hire here, in spite of our government's hateful overregulation, was a major reason why I chose them.

The computer I received, and am using to type this very review, came fully assembled and with all of the parts included. They sent me my "Windows XI" operating system on a DVD without me asking, which was extremely important to me because I use physical media to restore from a back up. (The W11 OS they sent did not have a key, but thankfully, they already installed the OS for me with their own key.)

Ten years from now, when my computer's motherboard fails and I cannot repair it, I know exactly where I will be getting my next computer. I am wholly satisfied with my experience with Superlogics, and I am proud to place my seal of approval on their service, product, and favorable outcome.

What one of the computers did not work when I got here. We ended up having a troubleshoot it and we had to replace the memory stick. We had one so we got it working however technically you owe us 32GB of memory. Since you ask.

Our SuperLogics Ryzen Threadripper Pro 5545 with water cooling outperformed our air-cooled Lenovo P620 with the same Processor, GPU, and RAM. The SuperLogics machine also costs less. In all fairness, the fans were louder on the SuperLogics and must have been running at speed to keep the internals cooler but you buy Threadripper for processing power not sound!
