Surprise Adventure Avis 

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my husband who is very difficult to buy for! It arrived within 2 days. The quality is amazing and I’m hoping that it will make us get up from the sofa and have date nights. A lovely gift. I’m already looking into buying the friends edition. Two of my friends have also bought since seeing my edition. Great job. Thank you.

I can't give much of a review because it is for a Christmas present but the delivery was quick and it's a good quality book

I brought the family edition as a gift for my daughter and her family. I emailed the customer care team about the free photos and they sorted it out straight away great customer care

It's a nice little book full of surprizes. I love how varied the activities are. Would recommend!

I bought the couple and date night adventures books. They were delivered very quickly however one book came with 2 sets of one of the sticker sheets. I contacted customer service, within the hour they replied stating a new set of stickers were on its way. Excellent customer services and I can't wait to try these books out!

I was struggling to find something a bit different as a Christmas gift for my husband and stumbled across the couples book. The website was very easy to navigate, delivery was super quick. The book itself is very well made, really good quality finish, my husband and I will definitely enjoy using this together and I know it’ll also bring with it lots of smiles.

Amazing book bought for a gift which sadly arrived damaged. A quick email and a replacement is already on its way! If only all companies were as helpful. Thank you.

The family book is a gift so I’ve not used it myself but flicking through the book it looks like a lot of fun! I was impressed by the super quick delivery and efficiency of the site.

So easy to browse website and order. Have ordered 2 for gifts for family. Can’t wait for them to use them, I’m certain they will love them!

I purchased the Couples Edition as an anniversary surprise and the first surprise didn't suit us but happily we could scan the QR code and alter the adventure to better suit us. This is a great little added extra that let's you adapt each adventure to better suit your preferences. The book is of good quality and we look forward to finding out our future activities.

Doesn’t come with 600 free Polaroid prints at all, it comes with the free Snapfish prints you could get without the book.

Customer service came back with a generic email, so you will be fine if you do not need to speak to anyone about your order

The book is cute but not worth full price when the add ones that are advertised do not exist.

I loved the idea and concept of this book so I bought the family edition for my husband for Christmas. We are a family of 3 with a 5years old son.
We are always on the go so I thought it would be great way to document it. Unfortunately we didn't find the tasks adventurous enough for our family. I think it would suit a more "indoory" family better.
I would love to help creating an updated version of this book.

Absolutely diabolical customer service. Was promised a refund if I returned the item and postage costs. This was months ago, emails are being ignored.
Avoid this company at all costs.

*** Update ***I chased the company again requesting a refund or the return of my book, they completely ignored my email and responded by flagging my review in an attempt to have it removed rather than addressing my concerns.

It appears that the only guarantee offered by this company is dissatisfaction, and the customer service I have experienced has been profoundly inadequate.

Not protected well enough in package.
It arrived damaged and not good enough to give as a gift. After an email to them they whizzed out another copy without taking on board my comment about its lack of protection.
The second copy also arrived damaged.

It’s a lovely idea but really needs better packaging.
