I initially ordered the couple and date adventure books and I really liked the concept and so I decided to order the family adventure book as well. However, I received the book damaged on delivery and I reached out to the team at surprise adventure and they responded to me very quickly. I want to thank them for sending me a new adventure book and for dealing with this matter so quickly. Connie Baldwin was so understanding and made sure that I received my new book on time. Thank you for your impeccable customer support and for these fun adventures you are offering to people.

This is an absolute brilliant idea to put the fun back into dating. With variety ideas to suit every budget. This is the modern day photo album to make incredible memory for every couple.

My therapist told me I had to make time for myself each day. This personal adventure book is a fun way to do this. It's like little suprise quests that I have to do.
You do get some free extra adventures when you get a bundle. But sadly no extra blank boxes/pages to put them on. So I had to get some black card and tape them into the book myself.

Boring.
I bought this for the wife. Most of the 'adventures' are playing board games 😴
There's fundraising and donating blood.
Nothing exciting, think it must be for couples over 65 😴😴

Bought this book for daughters anniversary… worth the money

I was looking for something a little different for my dear wife and I to try and came across Surprise Adventure on Instagram and thought, yeh why not let’s give it a go. Ordered and it arrived promptly with no hassle at all and being an online skeptic, I was pleasantly reassured and after flicking through a few pages, what a brilliant idea and concept! Well done guys, you’ve really nailed it 10/10

Return process is not easy, need to reach out their support and they kind of push for not returning. And after returning it, i haven't heard back from them and neither have recieved my refund. I followed up with them but haven't got any reply. And its been over a month now.

Terrible customer service! the item itself looks nice but im newly single and explained i wanted it to be returned. I was offered the option of buying another for half the price. why would i want 2 if i dont even want the original! took 3 messages to get the returns address and i still dont think its been dealt it
An addition after the review has been commented on. Why on earth would I want ANOTHER item directed at couples and dates as a newly single person. Shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get a refund

EDIT: went through paypal to get a result. was told they would send another. It never arrived and its been over a month!

I bought these as we like to be adventurous, try new things and challenge ourselves. We have that many ideas we never know which one to choose so these book have really helped and as an added bonus the books becomes a photo album as you fill them with pictures and comments.

Awful experience. I ordered the date night book which arrived broken and unusable. I raised this with the company who said I could get a refund or a new book. When I requested a refund they went silent and basically ghosted me. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank in order to get my money back! Not worth buying!

Really lovely company. My item arrived with the inserts upside down, when I messaged to ask for a new one they replied promptly, apologised and sent out a new copy immediately. I’m very pleased with the couples adventures book and it was packaged very well. Thank you so much!

Came across an ad on social media.. read the reviews & ordered the “couple version”.. me & my hubby needed something to spark up the relationship, this just fits the bill. I gifted it to my hubby. He loved the idea.

Horrendous service still haven't received the parcel ,this was meant to arrive for a valentines birthday,still not arrived ,tried contacting them and still just get a silly generated email will not buy from them again ,still no product

This book is great. Filled to the brim with inspiring ideas to find fun in your everyday. I bought the couples edition for my Husband and we love it. It's so easy to use and our calendar is filling up with new ideas.

I bought this book for my partner for Valentine’s Day. We have just had a baby and haven’t been able to get time to spend together so I bought the book so it will make sure we do things just us to keep the spark alive. It’s brilliant because if you don’t have much time or money you can choose things that are perfect for that. Who ever thought of this is brilliant. I noticed they also have a family one so will be getting that one too for when the baby is a little bigger. Just saves the stress of trying to figure out what to do on your days together to keep things exciting.

I bought one of these for my brothers family at Christmas and noticed the couples addition. I ordered it for my partner for Valentine’s Day and it didn’t arrive so I contacted customer services and they said it had been delivered. I checked my ring door bell and the postman had put the package in the bin and put a note through the door. Which would have been gross at best but it was bin day so my lovely neighbour put the bin out for me and it was emptied along with my partners valentines present. I contacted customer services Louise and she was amazing. She didn’t make me go though Royal Mail like most companies do she understood and sent another book out. I wasn’t expecting that at all and really appreciate how easy she made that for me. I will definitely be getting more of these as gifts for people and I highly recommend this company as I couldn’t have asked for better customer understanding and service.
