Their return policy was TOP NOTCH and easy. Their long sleeve tees QUALITY is AWESOME-thick and not from china!!! Good $hit! Bought a sweatshirt as a gift such was too big. They went above and beyond to make things right even though I was outside of the return timeliness. And my son- in- law loved the sweatshirt! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Purchase a pair of their $60 swim trunks through Amazon, Amazon offered me return no problem however this company tactical Pro Supply will not refund my money unless I send them the tracking number for the return. Nowhere in Amazon's site does it give you this information nor the email address to send that to. It doesn't make sense that I would have to email them the tracking info since my name and address are on the return label that they provided for me. If they can't get this right, beware of this company. They don't deserve my business!

This company needs to overhaul their return policy and customer service. I was sent a man's size large instead of a women's size large. Okay, mistakes can happen, but the only way you can initiate a return is through email. I did just that and did it twice to their email address on their website and both times it came back as undeliverable. I am now stuck with a man's size shirt, although the quality was nice, but this company hasn't realized, nor do they give a damn, I suppose, that customer service is just as important as sales. I earnestly thought I was helping our military by buying this shirt, but I was mistaken. This is all very strange that both times my email to them came back to me as undeliverable. I am wondering if this site has been copied by scammers and not a legitmate site. I see that they are on Amazon and that could be the real site and this website is a scam. I will keep tabs on my statements on my credit card regularly. I also want to mention when I called the phone number on their website, I heard a click and no answer

Used to be 5 stars. Got me, my daughter and son several shirts and hoodies. Instead of a tag on the back, it had in an American flag printed on it. very good quality. It said...
"PRINTED - PACKAGED - SHIPPED
in the USA"

The last one, however, came from Afghanistan or some crazy place like that. The company "claims" they do the printing in the USA. I call bullsh*t. The quality of this $70 hoodie from Pakistan was so bad, the design fell off in a few days. My American made one is still in perfect shape. The company claims they switched up to save on cost. Despite the fact we pay more for American made. Look at these pictures. So 🤬!

This company actually had it in them to charge me $70 for this cheap hoodie they spent maybe $2 on.

I couldn't even return it. I really didn't wanna have the next poor schmuck taking the same ride. This hoodie wasn't even worth returning. Gave it away a couple days later. Left me with a very bad taste in my mouth this company should really be ashamed of themselves and they lied to me. Love your American flag stickers. so five stars on those.

I've ordered few board shorts, and they are quick to fulfill and of good quality. In fact, they accidentally sent me the wrong item and were quick to correct it at no additional cost to me.

Worst customer service, have tried for months to get a hold of someone by calling and emailing and no one has reached out. I wish I would have read all prior reviews because I would have never ordered from these scammers. Do Not Order from them.

Unsubscribed since it’s not easy to return since my shipping of your so called switchblade knife which if I returned was the push button which I didn’t want but since the whole knife works on a paperclip armed Vic pushbutton spring no wonder you make millions a year cheap china product

I’m a rugged guy and I require tough and durable casual attire. I’ve purchased a couple tee shirts from Tactical Pro Supply and I gotta say, the quality is superb, not paper thin and easy to tear like ‘Grunt Style’ tee shirts that are overpriced and have extremely rude customer service that lack empathy to concerns I’ve had with them in the past. The guys at TPS are the exact opposite.

Received my mega mystery box. 2 board shorts, 4 shirts (1 already had) a hat, keychain, socks and stickers (kids wanted them immediately). All those products for under $100, amazing deal! The board shorts are my favorite board shorts I’ve ever bought from anywhere. Will absolutely be ordering more gear, can’t wait for a mega mystery deal on winter items!

Very good experience. Shipping tracked easily. Great tshirts that wash well. Shrunk just a little so maybe size up if you don’t like a fit snug in women’s tshirts. They have not faded after 12 washes.
