Recently ordered a pair of board shorts from this company. I was all hyped on their patriotic mantra. First pair didn’t fit. They were ok to exchange if I paid for return shipping. Fair enough I guess. Upon receiving the replacement , same issue. Fits exactly the same. So I asked to return for a refund. I was told I could pay to ship back , again and I would receive a credit. Why would I want a credit when I was already unhappy with their product twice ? A prepaid return label and an “I’m sorry sir” would of been the right response. This company has a lot to learn about customer service. Stay away

My husband and I order two sweatshirts we are in love! The thick material is wonderful for these cold days and the size fits just right for us. Me being a large n my husband being a X large’ we will be ordering more as soon as possible!

I ordered twice from TPS. First time I ordered 2 board shorts...I had to return one of them because it wasn't what I ordered. Second order was for some tanks I wanted before I went on a cruise. Two days after ordering I received an update saying it was ready to ship out. 3 weeks later...nothing. 3-1/2 weeks later I send an email and receive a reply 'we'll look into it.' 5 weeks later after my cruise...nothing. No email no tanks. Told them to just give me my money back

Love the t-shirt I ordered! Will probably order more. And it got here so quick! Really impressed! Ordered from a different company and after about 2 weeks, I inquired about the t-shirt. They had to verify my address! Then I got my t-shirt. But I love this one! Truly! Thank you!

Zero stars. Waste of money. Customer service is awful. Been weeks and they never even shipped my item, despite saying they ship in two days. All they keep says is that it seems USPS lost the package.. Ok and??? What does that mean for me??? Do i not get my order or money back due to USPS? I wouldnt know. The customer service hasnt exactly helped.
