I am shocked reading the reviews below. Thankfully I did not have the same experience. I order a shirt for myself and took advantage of the mystery shirt deal for my boyfriend. When I got the shipment in less than a week I was impressed. The quality and fit of my shirt were spot on. I did not like the mystery shirt because it was branch specific so I asked if I could exchange it and pay the difference. They offered to replace the shirt without me sending the one I had back and only charge the less than 6$ shipping. So thankfully my experience was definitely extreme opposite. BBB ratings are also extreme opposite.

The product is not what they advertise on all their social media accounts. They do not return customer service calls. They email you MAYBE 1 day before they tell you their return policy is to give them a tracking number within 14 days of the item being sent. Then they tell you they don’t give refunds just a store credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered something on 12/12/20 and it was for 280 dollars. I got an email a saying order is placed but that’s it. I have called and they aren’t taking phones calls says to email and I have sent several emails trying to find out when my items will be shipped and a tracking number but I get no response back from them. These were Christmas gifts. This place really sucks. I should of went to Amazon and got the same things there instead of this bs place.

So disappointed in this place. Promised shipment within 2 days of placing my order and I would have my order by Christmas. I have emailed 3 times asking for tracking and received no reply. Would never order from this place again. It sucks because their stuff looks awesome online, but a complete disappointment in customer service

I don’t even want to give them a star... I ordered a shirt and a pair of sweat pants the money was taken out of my account immediately but it’s been 10 days and I haven’t heard anything about when it’ll be here or that it’s even been processed all it says that the order has been placed... very annoyed and wouldn’t recommend I wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering...

I still haven’t gotten my order and they’ve already have taken the money out. I have been getting the run around about my order, saying that they’ve sent out my order again for the second time (still haven’t gotten) now it they’ve been out of stock so wait 48 hours. I just want my t-shirts. My birthday gift to my friend was ruined and it was going to be perfect but no shirts came so I had to resorts to something else, it was a bummer. This company has amazing things but they can’t produce. Don’t buy from them they will just lie to you and rip you off.

Horrible company and I truly believe it is nothing more than a scam. I ordered 5 shirts in lated June. Was supposed to ship in days. I got an email stating shirts had shipped. But no tracking info. After a week I requested tracking info as shirts had not arrived. Was told the shirts had not shipped and now several were on backorder. I asked for as refund. So next they tell me the shirts HAD shipped. Still no tracking info. I went back and forth with them like this for weeks. Finally I got PayPal to reverse the charges. Do not order from them. They are liars at best and scam artists at worse.
