Don't buy from this company! They've had a rebrand but after my previous very bad experience I wouldn't trust them to fulfil any order and all you will probably get is lies and excuses as to why it takes so long.

Well I’m another victim purchased a vest a week ago still no reply from the company but looking at the last guys review and him saying that he did receive it. Maybe there’s still hope we’ll see but I will write very bad reviews and get these people shut down if they do not send me my item, as I do not play these kind of games as I am a lawyer and a very powerful one 👨🏻🎓
Would not buy from this company. I ordered in July 2023. Still waiting for a refund now! Just reply with I’ve passed this on. It takes 30days to refund. Nothing but lies and stress from this company. WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Have all messages screenshot!!
Items never received, company refused to provide a tracking number and have been avoiding my requests for a refund. Issue ongoing for over 2 months now. they have said they will refund, but have not done so.
Fantastic clothes! The quality is great and they are very well made! Love the message that the guys are spreading about mental health and spreading kindness & positivity! Would 100% recommend!
I got contacted by the company asking if I would like to make an order so I made an order in November 2023 and still not received a refund or my order. Absolutely shocking that I have sent numerous emails and messages on Instagram and been told I would receive a refund and nothing has materialised. The company is raising awareness about mental health but not fulfilling my order or giving me a refund has affected my mental health. Please order from BoysGetSadToo instead as your orders actually do arrive and they give 10% of the profit to mental health charity.
Ordered from here before because of what they supposedly stand for amazing customer service etc. however I placed an order through a DM with will in January, paid via bank transfer on the 31st January. Still haven’t received my order.
I have sent numerous emails and received an email back that stated to email wills email to obtain a bank refund by the end of March.
Last week I received a “refund” as a gift card, which I stated I did not want due to my experience I won’t be ordering from them again. I contacted will who told me he would rectify it. Over a week later and no response.
I have since emailed but am not expecting a reply any time soon. I have come here as people seem to have their issues sorted sooner when it comes to reviews.
Seems to be popular. Ordered two hoodies April 2023. Paid via bank transfer. Was a promotion. Now due to suffering with mental health issues my whole life I thought I would get involved as this seemed to be a genuine thing. I’m disappointed to say the least as it’s now a year on and still no communication, refund or product. To say your company are all about mental health isn’t good. At the time I was pinching Pennie’s and couldn’t really afford the hoodies. But did because I am passionate about supporting mental health. I don’t expect a response here either. Just massively gutted.

Unfortunately there's not a minus star, as that's what I would've put, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, stupidly I ordered three hoodies as presents for family members, and really should've checked this review site first, so peeps I got scammed for £68, I ordered the hoodies in January and was told they would come 14 days after purchase and here we are in April and still no hoodies,I could understand if due to a mass ordering of clothing by loads of people that the company had been bogged down with orders, but I think I'm not the only person to complain, not one reply email from Talk Clothing, nothing, so that's that,
Very poor quality of clothes. No address to send back. Very poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. You will never get your money back. Read return policy before buying.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. A company that promotes mental health,then cause mental health issues for people. They take your money and then fed you lots of excuses to why order has not been received. They take people's money and do not send the items. It is totally shocking. Been told so many times they will get back to me but nothing. I would NEVER buy from them again. There are only so many excuses you can give a person and is I purchased as a gift,I feel totally robbed. I have looked on gov.uk and they have not even sorted out their accounts. Please people do not part with your hard earned money.
I made an order on the 27th January, waited and waited. Emailed and was told, by Will, that he would chase the order. I emailed again on the 4th March and was told, by Will, that they were moving premises and were 'between offices.' He would chase it again though. I emailed again on the 7th and 15th March, both rebounded back undelivered. Clicked on my text link, confirming my order, and it said the site was no longer open. Shocking service and it has made the 'positive vibe hoodies' an absolute joke. No refund or explanation received.
If I could give zero stars then I would. Do not part with your money.
I ordered because I love what they represent, but a company promoting positive mental health shouldn’t be taking peoples hard earned money and not delivering what they promise. It goes against what they promote.
Ordered and paid for 2 hoodies in June 2023, since then my emails have either been ignored or if there has been a reply I’ve had excuse after excuse as to why my order was delayed, flood, office move, change of supplier - you name it. Ultimately I’ve had no products 9 months later.
I’ve even often my expertise in customer service to help get them straight. In my opinion this isn’t business nativity, I would question the ethos & legitimacy of the company.
Second time of using this company, thinking things had improved? Sadly mistaken. People shouldn't have to chase their order for a month, to be told different excuses each time, the list goes on.
Then when I do receive the order, it's wrong. Its almost as if your order gets eaten by a dog, and it takes them a month to decipher your order? Wrong colour received. Then let's move onto the sizing. I'm no slim thing, but I'm also not on the huge size (14-16). I ordered large joggers, and the only person these joggers are fitting, are my 13 year old son. For a company who is promoting mental health, well, you can imagine how that made me feel. I dread to think how someone would be made to feel who suffers from body dysmorphia or equivalent. I'm not even going to apologise, but this company's customer service, delivery times, and clothing sizing is not adequate in today's market.
Every time I've received an email, they tell me they'll do better? Still yet to be seen
Edited to add - so once this review went live, of course I get an email requesting to take it down! And then when I do, they'll do this that and the other....... erm?? Shouldn't you be doing that anyway? I don't stand for that rubbish. This review will stay. If it saves vulnerable people from losing money, I've done my job
Dint get item got my bank to give me money back fed up with excuses will never use company again second time I have and nowt but trouble and excuses such a shame as they do lovely ltems even got a email.asking me to take my last review down buy them as it hurts there company name sorry wil it staid I'm sure they will comment on this that I got money back and they were moving and it was his birthday and his family was taking him out not what customer wants they want there goods so good bye just talk hope u manage to sort your business out
ordered from them a month ago and still not received my order, chased i up and was told they were moving premises and it was someone's birthday but still nothing. Emailed again yesterday and got a bounce back on the email, tried to go into the site and got a message that this no longer exists - avoid at all costs. I would give a zero if I could
