They messaged me asking to help advertise there company to help promote there business, sent over the money didn’t receive any orders and took over 6 weeks for money to come back. This wasn’t the 1st time this had happened to me but I thought i would give them a second chance but honestly there will be no 3rd

Ordered April 2023 and still waiting March 2024 keep getting fobbed off with excuses now waiting for a refund

Item never delivered been waiting months always the same replies we will look into this we’re loving it’s someone’s birthday loads of crap.

Incredible company and products.

The customer care I received was amazing. They couldn’t do more to help with my order and made me feel very important.

What can I say? Well I’ve been buying with talk clothing pretty much since the day they started. I’ve purchased joggers hoodies 1/4 zip, and the quality of each of those items are just amazing. My son is fussy with his clothing but he likes to nick my joggers and hoodies as he says there amazing. Definitely worth every penny

I ordered in November 2023 2 itmes in the order were Xmas gifts the order never arrived I kept messaging alot of them were ignored I received half the order 26th Jan 2024 one of the items a hoodie was wrong and part of the order was missing early Feb they said they would replace the wrong hoodie and send the missing item which were a pair of trackies I received a replacement hoodie which was still easent right it was a wrong quote and still the missing item is missing and my last message was ignored

SCAM!!! This is not a real company. Still waiting for products to be delivered from 6 months ago. When ever they are contacted about this the response is always "we will look into this for you" with clearly no intentions to resolve the matter. Please stay away.

After last years messing customers around, i foolishly trusted them to buy again. Took my money … nothing turned up, and yet again despite three messages on their contact forms … no reply
Totally untrustworthy

This company is properly one of the most laziest companies you can think of. They don't deliver there products. And if you write a negative review They Either reply with saying 'This is the wrong Company' Or they just Use chat Gpt do write An apology. And recently they have been paying people to write Positive reviews.

Horrible quality and misleading info. A disaster dull printing on a bad quality of cotton

I thought this company was going to be reputable with a good message.. when I ordered I was entered into a give away and won. They said you’ll receive a couple of items to give away and pass on the love. I thought this was really nice. Needless to say I have never received the giveaway. My order was also wrong after messaging multiple times I eventually got a reply with a load of excuses. Avoid. Probably cheaper just to make your own apparel.

I have been waiting for 8 months for my order. Everytime I reach out to ask where my order is, they say they sorted out my order and send it, but I never received anything. Via Instagram and email they take ages to respond and don't follow up on emails. Don't order from this company, cause you will not get your items and lose your money.

Absolutely disgusting service. Lies and more lies. Spent £65 in October 2023 and here we are in February 2024 having requested a refund numerous times. They told me it would be processed as my daughters birthday came and went in October. I’ve been told the accountant refunds not the company (little odd if I do say so). I’ve been told it takes 30 days for a refund (even weirder) and funnily enough 30 days came and went. I was told “in black and white” my refund would be the last working day of January but surprise surprise they had a family emergency. I mean I didn’t expect it as I’d been promised it numerous times before. I’ve also been told they are a “one man band” which is why it takes so long to reply if you aren’t ignored. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and this company is by far one of the worst. I wanted to support a small business promoting something super important which affects me and my family but in fact they’ve given me even more stress and left me out of pocket. Fed up of the lies especially when they are actively posting on their social media saying about a delivery tour. How about you spend the money refunding those you have failed! Don’t bother emailing them as they wont reply. Post publicly if you want a response but do expect lies and broken promises if they do reply. I have proof of all the above should anyone want to see it! My honest opinion you are better off flushing your money down the toilet than ordering from talk clothing unless you want to spend time chasing your money to never get it back. Thanks for taking my 14 year old daughters birthday present money and the rest of it.

Disgusting company with even worse owners. 6 months of pathetic lies, excuses and disrespect about them “struggling as a business” and “resolving the issues”. However still don’t have the decency to reply to an email unless you comment negatively on their social media. Will if you are reading this, get my 150 NZD back that you stole from me in July of 2023. Kind Regards Bree

I'm not one to write bad comments, but I'm very angry with TALKDEcor. They deliver what they want, they will never send you what you buy, they choose what to send you. And then they tell you that you have to do a lot of paperwork to return it and they will see if they send you the correct one. The truth is that I feel cheated. Other companies that make these mistakes, send you a new product, and don't even worry about recovering the one they sent wrong. Since they are more worried about not receiving these messages. They are much more intelligent. In fact, I'm going to tell everyone I can not to buy from TALkDEcOR. Very bad service, it took a long time to arrive, they send things wrong, and then you are the one with the problem. Very funny

Do NOT order. It’s a scam. They are not “cashmere” sweaters as described. They have a blurry photo of what you ordered and printed it on a cheap hand cut piece of polyester. There is not trim, no 3D fuzzy like the website shows. Do not waste your money like I did.

SCAM - Received item 4 weeks after order and was totally different to what I ordered. Customer service email kept bouncing back. No contact number for them to be reached on. Had to go through paypal to get my money back and even then, they asked me to send the item back at my expense tracked to China which is what paypal requests - £16.95. Finally after numerous calls and emails with paypal after a 10 day period, they agreed to give me a voucher for the money i spent posting the item back. I only get my money back once the item gets back to China and received - goodness knows how long that will take, even with royal mail. Seriously stay away from this company.
