Absolute Crap!
Too bad I can't give them big fat zero!! The items I ordered were cute and I was really looking forward to receiving them. What I received was cheap knockoffs made out of cheap polyester.
The kind that melts to your skin if you get too close to the fireplace. So disappointed! I've emailed the company three times now for a full refund and they have not responded. I wish I'd looked them up before I gave them my hard earned money.

Horrible quality
Horrible quality. Items are nothing like described in the description on the website.
Site says sweaters will be “wool” but they’re clearly very cheap polyester; basically they take a crappy photo of the design they want to use and have it printed on cheap sweaters.

try and message the company and they don't respond or just say we will sort it then do absolutely nothing!
and according to the .gov.uk trading there accounts are overdue also. so not just customers waiting...

Only getting 1 star as 0 isn’t possible, 5 months for an order to arrive and it arrives completely wrong. Small businesses have issues, I get that. But communication has been poor throughout and the items shipped aren’t even correct. Avoid

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been a loyal customer since the start of this company on TikTok however the last hoodie I purchased never came but they sent a completely different item but absolutely no response from anyone because as far as their concerned an item was delivered. Absolutely shocking and I refuse to wear any of the items I brought , why promote a company who doesn’t care about their customers at all, full of excuses and sympathy votes as to how their struggling to keep up, stop orders then until you’ve caught up, ridiculous

I only gave a star because zero isn't…
I only gave a star because zero isn't an option. I use Etsy to 1) support small businesses 2) get one of a kind items and 3) quality of products has never let me down. That is, until China made it's way into Etsy! If a wanted some half assed quality bs I would go to shein or temu! What I got from Etsy, not knowing that talkdecor is the same, is that kind of quality. I got sweatshirts that list a description of "cotton blend" because I always make sure now that China is involved in everything. Well I received my package from talkdecor 2 weeks late and open it to find 2 "sweatshirts" made out of swimsuit material! 🤯
This is insane, I wish they would be banned from anything except their direct site. I'm livid. And of course they have no customer service department. Buyer beware for sure!

Worst customer service
I placed an order a month ago. During the order taking, the communication was almost instantaneous. As soon as they had my money, they stopped all contact.
After two weeks of silence, I emailed to cancel the order. Still silence.
Eventually I opened a complaint via PayPal as I had fortunately used it to make payment. As far as I am aware, they have also ignored PayPal.
A few days ago, I received an email from Talk to say they were preparing the order. I pointed out I had cancelled sometime ago, after being repeatedly ignored - as they were well aware.
They have failed to respond once again.
I am very disappointed as Mental Health is something I strongly support and I believed this company was doing something worthwhile.
I was wrong.
Shop elsewhere.
UPDATE: PayPal reviewed the case and refunded my money. Absolutely zero response from Talk.

Disgusting! Excuse after excuse for not sending product, quick enough to take payment though. Made me poorly the feeling of an alleged MH supporter ripping me off. I messaged his relatives until I received my order. It finally came but wasn’t what I ordered. Stay away from this scam and Will, he will give you excuse after excuse. Nothing but scammers.

I am the supplier of this company
I am the supplier of this company, and I am at a loss for words to describe what they have done to me. They still owe me a significant amount of money, which initially stood at over £10,400 but has now been reduced to £6,500 + They did manage to provide me with some partial payment, but the outstanding balance remains.
The shipment I delivered to them was back in February, and they made a promise to pay within two days. They also requested that we release the shipment from customs and send it to their address. However, since then, they have failed to fulfill their commitments. I am uncertain whether they will ever pay me, as they consistently delete my comments from their posts and avoid answering my calls.

Terrible company. I ordered and paid for a tshirt in February but it's now June and I still don't have it. I have sent endless emails with very few replies, some promising delivery later in the week but nothing materialised.
Don't waste your time or money because you won't get a refund. Avoid.

Checked process of my order, says Unfulfilled.
Went through PayPal dispute, then claims and they had until 21st May to respond. Absolutely nothing. Luckily I was refunded by PayPal.
Can’t believe they claim they are a charity. Disgusting!

Takes your money then disappears
I haven't received any items or replies from Talk clothing. I'm very disappointed. I was willing to wait a bit longer for my items, but seeing everyone trying to contact you has made me feel that i won't see my items.

I did contact you, numerous times. You contacted me though your tik tok page offering me discounted items to be a representative of your company. You encouraged me not to use the website or PayPal to pay for my items. When I contacted you numerous times to inform you that I hadn't received my items you kept replying that I had received it. I looked though posts on tiktok and insta and saw how many people on the same boat as me. When I asked for the recorded delivery info you ghosted me. In the end I had to get my money back via my bank. As a suicide survivor and someone who works with children with mental health issues I am so disappointed and sickened with your company. Your message does not represent your intentions.
