Tanishq Avis

Good Service and Especially Thank u Mari Krishnan sir for handling so much good experience... Really Loved it,..

Tanishq Kudal: visited to buy 1 gold item but found the staff, Rohit Tawde and other members so knowledgeable and professional that ended up buying more items in gold - gladly!

The technology used in Tanishq to manage gold ornaments is in a league of its own.

Great quality ornaments at surprisingly affordable prices - just like Shree Ratan Tata would have wanted it to be.

Yesterday I bought jewellery at the Tanishq store at New BEL Road, Bangalore. I was given excellent service by Swati. She was very informative, polite and friendly. I recommend her as a very decent salesperson.
Thank you, Swati.

The very first thing that attracts me to TANISHQ is the logo “A TATA PRODUCT”. I am a great admirer of Late Shri Ratan Tata. Needless to say, the honesty, 100% commitment and welfare of the common man has always been the motto of the TATAs.
Now, when I talk of Tanishq Jewellery, my visit to the Matunga store, is the place where I met Rahul….. Rahul Nair. For me, the name Rahul is now so synonymous to Tanishq that after Rahul changed from Matunga to Borivali, my visits are frequent to the Borivali store of Tanishq.
During my visits to the store, Rahul has provided excellent service of showcasing the various designs, helping choose, and explaining the details. Apart from being friendly and kind natured, He is a very polite and patient executive, which is rarely found. I must say Rahul has made my visit worthy and my purchase value for money. Rahul made my visit to the store very comfortable to take as much time to make choices according t one’s budget.
Rahul Nair, made himself available from the time I reached the store, he took care and was courteous enough to offer tea and sandwich as it took almost 6 hours to finalise things. He assisted in the entire process until the billing was done.

Tanishq has a great collection for jewellery . They have really beautiful designs and a lot of options to choose from. We got a lot of compliments for the things we bought from here. Overall it was a great experience shopping from them.

Ms. Sunita Verma attended our requirements. Even though she is in the family way, she attended very politely and sincerely our needs.

I have been a regular customer of Tanishq since 2019 thanks to the wonderful service offered by their staff Tulsi at the Vashi store. Tulsi would make sure to call me every few months whenever there was an offer going on at Tanishq. Recently I came to the store to sell my old jewellery and I must commend Tulsi for guiding me through the whole process patiently. With her professionalism she helped me understand the valuation ensuring that I made the right decision. Her expertise gave me the complete confidence to make the right choice.

It was an amazing experience at Tanishq Borivali. Mr. Ganesh wonderfully explained and guided us in buying diamond jewellery.

For my daughter's wedding, we went to Tanishq Banjara hills store. We have been a regular customers of Tanishq, be it Nagpur or Hyderabad. The staff is not only courteous and polite but also very very patient. They explained every scheme available to us along with the various offers as well as making charges applicable to each product. The went ahead of their call of duty and helped us in selection that we kept on changing. Loved their efforts. Three cheers to Sabin, Bhavani Prasad, Sita siva Kumar n Satish kumar. Keep it up ..

Very bad experience, staff promises changes from buying gold to sell gold
They blaming company's showroom
Misleading and liar staff

Actually I am the customer of Contai Tanishq. Last year I was purchased lot of product from contai branch. Also I was made scheme from this branch. After that they shows their original face. Every month I faced problem during my monthly payment of scheme , because lack on follow-up. Not a single call came for reminder . Even I don’t received a single call for poila boisakh. I am totally dissatisfied on contai branch . For that reason I am bound to break my scheme and bound to go to Medinipur Tanishq branch and purchased my last product from Tanishq from Medinipur branch. Also I am surprised when I shows that the google reviews option are offed of Contai Tanishq shop. For that region I am bound to write here . I am totally dissatisfied on contai Tanishq branch as well as Tanishq brand. Further I am not going to purchase any product from Tanishq and also not recommend to any family member or friends. 😡

Last week, We purchased, mangalsutra and patli from GOkhale road, thane showroom, we received excellent customer service from Dipali khot, the calculations are to the last mg accuracy and the melting process was very much shared and cobtrolled by babban, thanks Tanishq team
