My first pair didn't work
My first pair didn't work; the left earbud malfunctioned so they sent me a second pair; SAME ISSUE! How is that possible? How can you fix something when you have tried 2 times! I'm VERY disappointed and want a refund.

I have had a TaoTronics osculating fan…
I have had a TaoTronics osculating fan for 4 years and love it. One of my AC units die and purchased additional TaoTronics osculating unit to help me keep 2 bedrooms and living room cool until a new AC could be installed. Works great and TaoTronics products are great and I highly recommend them.

I think being able to find what I was looking for right from the get go was awesome. The item was even on sale as well. The check out process was fast and easy with no stress. I think Taotronics is a viable electronics option for people not looking to pay a fortune.

Good quality fan at a terrific price!
Website easy to navigate from a Google search. This fan seemed like a good bargain, sale price, with free shipping. After some research it seems that it is a much higher quality fan than most being offered on Amazon or hardware stores. The reviews were very positive.

I purchased TT-AP007 Air Purifier for Home. It worked great for a few months and then it broke, was ok because it came with a 1 year warranty in the packaging. So I reached out to the company who sent me in circles for weeks but told me that they won’t honor the warrant because I bought it from Amazon even though the product is sold on Amazon with the warranty card in the box. Bad product and worse service.

It cools really well ..
It cools really well ... we had a hard time trying to keep our bedroom cool during our summers here in south Louisiana ... it works really well ... I do find that if I refrigerate a gallon of water and use 4 frozen ice packs it seems to be cooler longer!
