Great items but a few options only. Also great price and excellent discounts.

I purchased a TaoTronics massage gun and just past a year of seldom using the product, the massage gun malfunctioned. Once fully charged, the gun works for a couple of seconds, stops, then works for a couple of seconds, and stops again. I submitted a ticket with customer service and they asked me to provide a video, which I did. No response for multiple days, after I followed up a couple of times, TaoTronics responds with

"We are sorry to inform you that there is an internal issue with the product, so it doesn't work now.

We would like to help you replace it, but we are sorry to inform you that your order is out of warranty now. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.

Would you mind ordering a new massage gun from us? To make up for the inconvenience, we would like to offer a 12% discount code for you."

The 12% off to replace it was kind of a slap to the face. So basically these massage guns are expected to work for more than a year and customer service won't do anything to help when it malfunctions.

I bought this brand of headphones a few years ago from Amazon and loved them (still using the original ones!). I had wanted to buy another set from Amazon a year or so ago but they didn't carry them any longer. I was very excited to be able to buy directly from TaoTronics! Price was great, fast fast delivery!Couldn't be happier with headphones and service!!

Honestly, after buying prior earbuds that were paperweights on arrival, these changed my mind completely. They sit well, the quality is good, convenient battery for the buds, fast charging for the charging box, and controls are simple and easy.

I will definitely be buying again

The light is compact, great options of lighting strengths, soft or bright too, different angles to place it, price was great, overall a 10!

Both the experience and the product are good. My complaint is that it used to come with a carrying case and now it doesn't and there aren't any third party vendors that I can purchase one from. I received the massage gun several years ago as a gift...with a carrying case. Unfortunately it stopped working. Had I known that it no longer came with the case when I finally re-ordered it, I would have kept it.

There was a gift that when I copied the code . At checkout it would not take it . Maybe next time .

Ordering from the TaoTronics website was easy and quick.

The ad for the lamp caught my eye and I called it up. I like the look of it and the way it works. Also, I’ve owned a TaoTronics Bluetooth speaker for years and it’s a dandy. The small footprint makes it ideal for a particular corner of the living room. I’m confident the lamp will work as advertised.

I have used Tao Tronics bluetooth earbuds for years. They last a long time, are light and store easily.

Taotronics advertises a warranty, but when you actually need it, they back out. I followed the steps expecting support, only to be told they wouldn’t honor the warranty after all. This feels misleading and extremely frustrating as a customer. A warranty should mean something, not just be a marketing tactic to make a sale. I would not recommend Taotronics based on their lack of accountability and poor customer service.

I will not provide a review until I see and use the product. This review is for the ease of using your site.

Everything was great

Good experience and a returning customer. The floor lamps needs more of a description about how the height can be changed. Also, each photo make the remote unit look as it is permanently attached to the lamp. In general, a product description would be helpful.

I needed to communicate with someone about my purchase, which I needed to return. No one responded to my emails, and no one ever answered the phone when I called. It was ridiculous to have bought this product and not be able to speak with anyone about the return process.

I've purchased these before. I like them but the price is a little high! If you have a sale on these let me know. If the price is right I'll purchase a few pairs.
