I specifically chose Taotronics brand because of I purchased this brand desk lamp about eight years ago for my mom and it’s been a workhorse combined with functionality and durability. So when I needed one for me, I looked for the same one. Just disappointed I didn’t find the brand listed in various ratings. Hopefully my new purchase has the same attributes when I receive it.

I am not sure you mean the website experience or the product, but I was so thrilled to see you had the ice makers back. The last one I purchased lasted over 5 years. I LOVED it. I have tried to purchase several others since my last Taotronics ice maker died - and all were extremely disappointing compared to the old one I had.

Bought two LED Desk Lamps (TT-DL13) from Taotronics and they were initially very cool, well behaved and so handy. No problems for a year then one of the power supplies stopped working. It wasn't overworked, maybe 7 hours per week. Then the next power supply went. Two out of two failures.
Normally it would be easy enough just to find a 3rd party power supply but the voltage is unusual (10.2v) so I contacted the company in the US. They were polite and seemed helpful but ultimately they said they couldn't do anything about it.
So while TAOTRONICS products might seem like good value, consider the real cost of owning them when you have to get them fixed or replaced.

TaoTronics desk lamps are far superior desk lamps compared to any other lamps used for serious productive work, plus they are very attractive modern style lamps. There is no superior lamp on the market. This is the very best task lamp in terms of all performance criteria and also in therms of aesthetics.

I ordered a desk lamp to be shipped to Princeton NJ to my grandson on July 6, 2025 online and it has taken 17 days for the lamp to perhaps get delivered today July 23, 2025. Had to file a missing package claim because could not get any responses from Taotronics as to where the package was or responses to my emails and no help when I called them 2 times. Hopefully it will arrive today and be in good shape and my grandson can keep it if not it maybe a problem dealing with Taotronics. I had in 2021 ordered two desk lamps and had no problems at all so very surprised as to how poor their customer service is now. I even received an email from them wanting me to grade with stars to a product I had not received so I think this company seems to be less reliable then they once were. Hopefully all will end well.

The new humidifier helped my mom. My mom suffers from allergies and this new humidifier helps her 100%. Very quiet and great quality. Ships quickly

Pessima esperienza TaoTronics TT-DL19 LED Desk Lamp circa 50€ acquistata su aliexpress. Durata di vita di due anni e mezzo poi l'elettronica salta e i led fanno dei flash. Da buttare. Chiaramente non riparabile in Italia.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa marca cinese di bassa qualità.

Good value for the price. They work well. Didn't have to wait long to receive them. I'd recommend.

I wanted a modern sleek desk lamp and Tao Tronics had the best selection at a reasonable price. The good news is that the product that I purchased was better than I expected. Shipping time was reasonable and the product was well packaged. A very good experience.

Great Graduation Gift

This is the fourth study lamp I have given as a high school graduation gift. My grandkids all love it for its streamlined style that doesn't take up much room on their desk. They like that there are different intensities of light, even a nightlight setting too.

I already have one of your fans and it is a great product. Need another!

I have been using these wired Bluetooth headphones for 5 years. I was sad to lose them a couple of months ago, but thrilled to find that Taotronics was still manufacturing and selling this same product. The sound quality is excellent and the option to select one of of three modes is virtually impossible to find at this price point. In fact, I was so happy to find these headphones again that I purchased two sets.

I wanted wired headphones because I am prone to losing tiny things. These have a flat cord that does not get tangled. The part that inserts the ear stays put and doesn't fall out while I'm walking my dog. Voice quality is great for phone calls, and audio is excellent for music. These block noise somewhat on an airplane, although they are not active noise canceling. They even have magnets to keep the ear pieces together around your neck when not in use. Honestly, there is nothing negative to say about these headphones. If you are on the fence, just buy them!

I have thought about purchasing a lamp for a few years now. I think I definitely have a difficult time in northwestern PA winters ( eventually, I would like to snow bird or be there longer term). I like the options, size, price and reviews that people gave for this product. I also went to the company website & liked it.

The speaker works well,
produces nice sound and is a good size. The directions to install the speaker are poorly written and confusing.
