Included a discount code in the package which didn't work. Also promised a discount for a review. Then they disappeared for a while. Looks like they are back.
Beware.

They sent me a defective product 6 months ago. When contacted, they sent me a new motor without telling me that was their course of action. Then I had to wait two weeks for them to send me an install video that didn’t include the information I needed. Funniest part is after 6 months they keep insisting we will come to a swift resolution. Spend your money literally anywhere else, or light it on fire. That would be more useful than buying any of taotronics 💩.

I've only had good experiences with TaoTronics items. I purchased about 7 fans, heaters and am thinking about buying their blow up mattress. I've has my fans for a few years and they still work like new. Always blowing cold air. I recently just purchased another fan for my other daughter and she loves it. You won't be sorry. They have great items. 👍 A+

I return the filter because where the wrong size 4month ago and the still haven't been refunded the money

I have an ice maker made by this company since day one it has been super loud and gets louder by the day. On top of that it is hot enough on the sides to burn your hand, when I contacted customer support they kept giving me the run around. When I asked for a supervisor they wouldn’t transfer my call to one, or kept hangin up on me. Horrible product and horrible customer service!!!!! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any of their products.

Taotronics scam company. I would advise ding more research on this company. They were removed from Amazon for likely fake reviews. The company does not back anything and will leave you high and dry. I have been advised to report them to my credit card company and potentially take them to small claims court. Do not waste your time or money.

Really poor Chinese company. Doesn’t honor warranties and generally makes junk. Unethical practices especially on Amazon which is why they can’t sell there anymore.

Bought a pair of ear buds but they wouldn't charge. Not a great start but hey, these things can happen. Tbf they sent me another pair. So far, still a functioning company.

2nd pair would not charge. They sent me another pair (different model) which was nice. 3rd pair would not charge either. After this, they refunded some money and I took it just to finish beta testing their defective stuff.

I tried leaving an honest review, which was immediately deleted. Look at their "reviews" for a laugh. The product I reviewed has 160 5 star reviews and that's it! Not even one 4-star or lower... lol. What a scam site. No wonder they got kicked off Amazon.

I've ordered four different times in the past year and never had an issue. Items were delivered promptly and packed extremely well, not to mention they met all my expectations and the price couldn't be beat.

If I could give a zero I would. Don’t buy their earbuds. I have bought a couple of pairs and they will not pair so I tried to return and they are giving me the run around. I am so dissatisfied and feel robbed

I purchased a TaoTronics TT-AF001 Air Fryer in October of 2020 on Amazon.
After 27 months, the air fryer stopped working, in January of 2023. I emailed support that month and Walter responded that the air fryer was no longer under warranty, even though the web site clearly states that the TT-AF001 Air Fryer has a 30 month warranty. TaoTronics' response was that I should contact Amazon. That isn't possible because TaoTronics was banned from selling on Amazon in June of 2021.
Don't expect TaoTronics to stand by their warranty.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a weighted neck and shoulder heating pad. It wasn't very "weighted" and it didn't heat up. (I tried it the night I received it.) The next morning I contacted their customer service via email. In the email I told them the problem and requested a return label and refund. I am now a week into emails and they want my shipping address to send me another. I HAVE STATED IN EVERY EMAIL that I want a refund and I'm just getting the run around! Don't you think the company that shipped me the product should know my shipping address?Don't you think a company should refund a defective product? Honestly I don't think they should have a 1 star rating, but there was no alternative.

Worst heated blanket I've ever had. Way too many problems to mention, but the latest, after less than a month, is that it won't turn off now. I have to unplug it to turn it off. I wrote a 1 star review on their website last month, and they sent me an email telling me it had been posted, but that was a lie. It's nowhere to be found, but there are lots of 4 and 5 star reviews, all of which are probably lies too. Stay away from this company.

I tried out the SoundLiberty 94 and it was pure disappointment. They did not connect to each other or my phone and there return policy was non-existent. So basically I just gave away my money!!! Customer service is absolutely awful. Companies like this is why I don’t try any new companies for my electronics. They make it bad for others!!! I could have given my money to the homeless and got way more satisfaction for Atleast helping someone who needed it.

Placed an order over a week ago, said 2-7 days delivery. Nothing has been shipped. When I ask, they send a canned response saying that the product is packaged and ready to go but the carrier just hasn't come to pick it up -- which is a lie. They don't have the product in stock at the moment, I'm sure. Not a good company, buy elsewhere.

I bought a humidifier that has never worked, so of course it is under warranty. I asked for RMA or refund. They refuse. They have asked that I send videos, then say they can’t view the videos. They asked that I open the window, move it to another room, move it to center of the room, asked that I check humidity against a hygrometer! They have asked for the order # three times which I have sent!! This has been via 10 emails going back and forth, each time them asking me to do something else.

I purchased a Taotronics massage gun for $100 on Amazon in 2021. I used it maybe 10 in 2 years. Recently plugged in and cannot get it to charge or work. I contacted them for support and trouble shooting. They told me to try “turning it on/off”, which was the extent of their tech support. Really?? They advised they would not replace it, as the one year warranty was expired but offered a 20% discount on a new one. Super insulting and super disappointing. Don’t waste your $ on this. Interesting that they are no longer on Amazon.
