I pre booked a taxi at 7:30 the night before. It was to pick my girlfriend up in the morning at 8:30 to take her to work at the hospital. She has to be in for 8:50 so left plenty of time for a driver to be confirmed and to pick her up. I pre-paid as well to ensure it would be an easy transaction for her. I had a notification saying it was confirmed first thing in the morning. It then got to 8:42 and there was still no driver confirmed. Very poor service, cancelled the journey and took her to work myself. When pre-paying clients or pre booked journeys can’t be fulfilled, it’s a wonder why people still try with taxis.

Driver arrived on time with a friendly welcome and his car was immaculate. Had a good conversation about Turkey (The Country - not the bird) on route and he even recommended a good chocolate.

Waited over 45mins for taxi after the booked time and requiring two phone calls to enquire where taxi was. Was told that I the taxi had arrived but a no show after going to a PL 2 site.I had been at the correct location and there is no other site recognised for Tamar coaches in Plymouth.

I left my keys in the taxi and only discovered this a good few hours after being dropped off at my destination. I rang the office, who immediately tracked down my driver Amed.

Driver was very rude. Preboooked a taxi this morning with a stop added on to it. Advised the driver of this when we got in to be told i never added a stop and was trying to fleece her for the fare. She asked if we had done this before and questioned why we wanted that stop. (3 passengers and one needed to get out there as they work in that area) after 5 minutes of accusations and abuse from driver she marked on the app that she had picked us up where the location that i had already told her we had added showed up on her side. Turns out all she needed to do to see the booking was confirm the pick up could have saved her self from making the trip very uncomfortable She didn’t apologise and tried to tell me i misunderstood her when she was asking if we often try to fleece drivers out of a fare. Really unhappy with how we was treated
