Dishonest
Booked a wheelchair taxi days in advance to take mom for a Mother’s Day lunch. Turns out they don’t have wheelchair taxis and tried to claim I hadn’t booked one. I explained I definitely did as you have to go to a different page to book a wheelchair taxi and once she doubled checked she just said sorry we don’t have them. No good for me and my family as it was very difficult to find another company to take us and we missed our booking.

They overcharged me and I contacted and informed me that I will receive refund and called four times but still didn’t get it and sign of fraud

I prefer to speak to real people to book taxis and over the years , the people I talk to who do the bookings are very kind snd helpful.
The taxi drivers themselves are friendly and helpful and always on time.
