Birthday party with 6 racers. Was meant to be 15 mins on 15 mins off x 3 but got 22 mins on, off , on which was better as racers had longer. Trackside Marshall were fantastic. Extras, gloves and balaclavas... knew we would have to buy so had factored that into cost of birthday party. Only negative was extortionate price of drinks, £17.00 for 5 bottles of pop for kids. Booking process was good and liked the pre race call to confirm booking.

Zero is my rating. Spent over £10k last year. Had a small credit on my account which can no longer be used to purchase items from the bar, I requested it to be returned to my bank and was refused.
This company cares about money, and simply nothing else. However, them caring about £23 has cost them a small fortune.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR I WOULD!!! i was treated so unfairly today in there by the one of the marshals aint got a clue what was his issue with me and will make a formal complaint towards him !! and i want make a formal complaint towards that man who i had arguments with he was very disrespectful towards me and he stopped me for the second time only and asked me to get out the car shouting on me and i said could you at least say please and don’t talk to me like that and he refused he said no I can’t say that he is that one who should be dealt with and get sacked immediately for talking to a customer like i have paid a lot and i didn’t even finish and i want my refund back as well because he stopped me for not any reason and then asking me to jump out the car without any manners at all and i talk for my rights he was the who was being aggressive i will email headquarters he needs to be dealt with even the manger was the he was agree with me !! cheak the cctv cameras i was getting overtake all the time and i wasn’t even complaining and i didn’t stopped driving but when i overtake then he asked to stop not giving me any other chance and asking me to get out the car no manners whatsoever not even say please like i said to him can you say please and he said no i can’t!! i would definitely give zero star to this what happened to me there that was totally unfair towards me i would email give bad reviews anything i can to get my rights! clearly his parents didn’t teach him any manners it was mix race guy light skin man don’t know his name i have paid spent £58 to get humiliated and insulted in here he didn’t even let me finish the rounds ! shouldn’t even be working there he think he own a place avoid avoid this place at all cost in nottingham
Computer says NO!
Wanted to book 6x boys for 13th Birthday event. I was told that 2x 12YO's would have to use less powerful Karts. I've been to Southampton before and they allowed my 12YO son to use more powerful Kart as he wasn't enjoying being overtaken by everyone. Even though I explained this, "Computer says NO!" was the answer. Bot at end of phone even said he would be waiting for me to bar entry if I tried to get them into equal Karts. Result? Went to Thruxton Karting. Outdoors, better longer track, petrol Karts and CHEAPER!

They will deny participants in the group who don't meet this at the venue. They then promise to refund back to card, but do not process refund. After multiple chasing they say they only give credit (useless if you don't meet their height requirement). AVOID!!!

Avoid TeamSport Karting – Terrible Voucher Conditions and Customer Service.
I bought Boxing Day vouchers as a gift, but the booking process was an absolute nightmare. They sent one voucher code to my main inbox, while the remaining codes were buried in my junk folder. To make matters worse, their website gives absolutely no indication that you need to enter multiple separate codes to book for a group.
By the time I reached out, customer service explicitly verified that this was a genuine technical/communication error on their side as they could see my log on attempts but the vouchers had expired after 6 months (it was 2 days after this short voucher duration). They flat-out refused to extend the vouchers unless I paid additional fees.
To penalise a customer for your own confusing system and poor communication is ridiculous. They would rather lose a customer permanently than show an ounce of goodwill. I will never use them again.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I purchased 3 vouchers from them during boxing day sale, their typical policy is to issue vouchers for 12 months, but in this case they issued it for 6 months. For various reasons, I couldn't use the vouchers within the time limit, and reached out to their customer support checking if they would be kind enough to extend voucher expiry date as there are still 2 days left. Customer service agent kept me waiting for almost 20 minutes stating that he is trying to reach out to the manager for a feedback. When I chased again, he came back with standard response that their policy is to extend the vouchers with an additional fee of £5.75 per voucher. He asked me to come back when the vouchers have expired and they would then be able to help by extending the vouchers with this additional fee. I paid about £75 originally and need to pay another £18 to extend the voucher, such a hassle. In the world of when businesses are fighting to retain customers this is a such a pathetic experience. They shall rather look into their policies. Foremost, if this is what their policy is then why to keep customer waiting for 20 mins before stating the same thing.

The race team are first class and the cars and track in great condition,
However there are 2 huge problems to seriously need to address fast.
1. Way to many on track and having experienced riders on with novices is holding back progress and clearly dangerous.
2. The coffee shop is lovely location, but the food is so slow sometimes you’ve finished your day before it arrives and the quality is microwaved sub standard.
Thes two points down to corporate greed and very understaffed, it’s not rocket science
Yellow and red flags ruin it
I love karting, but this is experience is rubbish. Went to the Charlton one (Docklands) and I didn't have a single lap that wasn't yellow flagged or worse, red flagged - it was so crap. The karts are also automated to stop/slow down, and it feels awful - no fun at all.
Too much time spent either stopped or walking speed!
My daughter and I have been karting many times. We booked teamsport Sheffield as it was the only place open on a Tuesday afternoon. It's the second time we've been here and it will be the last! As other people have said you spend so much time under red or yellow flags, you hardly get any race time. Our 3rd fifteen minute session I got 3 fast laps. I was black flagged and pulled into pits for missing a red flag, as soon as I saw it I stopped. I was told to leave the pits while the track was still red. I didn't know it was still red for 2 or 3 corners when I got yelled at again for not stopping at a red. Don't waste your money. There are many circuits around where 15 minutes of racing is very near 15 minutes of racing, not a Sunday drive. I understand safety is paramount but if you spend a lot of time under red or yellow flags you should be compensated in some way.
Shambles
Brent Cross branch was absolutely shambolic. session times were hours late, got our go karts changed 3 times before completing a lap. Staff are very rude, apart from a young girl at the front desk, an older gentleman and another young guy who thankfully credited us our money back. As for the manager, who didn't even bother turning up to discuss the issue with us, which just sums up the state of that place. Racing was bang average and had a yellow and red flag every 2 minutes. All round a terrible experience bar the staff at the front. Disappointing from team sport, who are usually exceptional in their N.London Branches. Certainly won't be coming back anytime soon, if it even stays open that long!

Been going here since the Stockton branch opened and honestly fantastic experience everytime staff are fantastic they all deserve a massive raise for the politeness the hospitality they provide very informative and if you have a problem they deal with it straight away honestly couldn't fault the staff from ty to Chloe to Nash to Dan to Tom everybody fantastic work always make me feel welcome
TeamSport Leicester …
I took my son to TeamSport karting in Leicester today, after the safety briefing we went out on the track. I had booked two 15 minute sessions for £100, the venue was OK but the problem is they put 16 carts on the small circuit which was far to many in my opinion, a few people obviously had no idea how to drive a go cart and were either crashing or breaking the venue rules as a result many laps were under the yellow flag or completely stopped under a red flag. Only a few laps were completed at full race speed.
I think the company needs to review the amount of carts on the track at one time and the ability of the people who get in the carts as it can ruin the experience for others like my self and my son.
Stockton- serious accident likely
At Stockton, Marshalls scroll on their phones rather than Marshall. Numerous examples of bad driving and not one black flag during the race. We left early after 1 race as it was too dangerous. When I raised my worries about the lack of marshalling I was told by the Marshall to 'f*** off'. I wish this was a joke. Formal complaint has been made as there's going to be a serious accident here under this marshalls watch. We are very fortunate to have a decent home track at Hull were marshalls are respectful, kind and keep the track safe. The same cannot be said for Stockton.
Karting at Crawley
My thirteen year old son enjoyed his first time at the track in an adult cart after coming several times previously as a junior. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Safety was well managed. My only criticism was the food and drink offered in the bar was overpriced and the tables were not cleaned with dirty paper cups etc left on the tables. We chose not to eat there.
However it was an enjoyable afternoon.
