What a terrible experience. I was due to receive a parcel that required me to be home to accept. I stayed home on the day of delivery and received a text telling me they were unable to deliver as no one was home to accept the parcel. Umm, I was home but no one came to my door and knocked. Typical lazy courier. I started an online chat to ask why he did not just deliver my parcel and initially the person told me because no one was home. I challenged this and he then told me it was because the seller had set special conditions for delivery and they could not meet these and that I had to get the seller to fill out a form to have the package released. I don’t buy any dangerous or high risk products so was confused by this. The seller was listed simply as ‘SFX’ on the shipping label. I had no idea who this was (it was obviously the parent company and not the brand of the item I purchased). When I asked the guy for any more information as I had not purchased anything from a company called SFX, he told me I should know as I was the one who bought from them and then basically left the chat. Nice customer service effort. Twenty mins later I got a text to say my package had been taken to a package collection point for me to pickup. Ummm, I thought you said it couldn’t be released without approval from the seller? Such a bad experience both in terms of delivery and customer service. Spend your courier dollars elsewhere people. Now I’ve wasted nearly a whole day waiting for parcel that never came and have to make a special trip to go and collect it.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Absolutely useless. After leaving a review on another site they reached out to me. And again lied about how they could help and how they would ensure my parcel would make it me this time. But again their driver didn’t deliver and they expect me to go into town to collect 40min drive away. Better yet the hours of their operation match my own working hours so I won’t be able to collect the package and it will be sent back. And all they could say to me was thanks for letting me know! Useless

If i could give zero stars i would have. Their tracking doesnt work and rgeyrr considerably slower than the others. Ordered stuff frkm a shop and came in 2 irders. 1 arrived within 2 days but global express took weeks. They are so bad that if marine deals are to keep using them il be doing my shopping elsewhere

when they see your negative yet of course fair enough review, they will ask you to contact them via messenger, and they will only reply this to all of you:
"Thanks for confirming these details and apologies for not dropping the freight at a service hub by now. The depot mentioned they'd be doing it yesterday but they did not do it, so I will definitely need to chase this up.
Once I get an update from them, I'll be sure to message you here. If you have any further questions/concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us."
If Satan use TGE to deliver people to hell, I think everyone will be going to heaven.

Just wondering, how is it possible for a delivery company to text "We attempted to deliver yet it failed" something like that without ringing any bells, putting nothing in the mailroom, contacting no one right after texting "Hey! your parcel is coming between 10 and 12"? This is ridiculous, I've got my hardware for my Internet there, now I have to cautiously use my mobile data and recharge and recharge so that I could get things done. Can't believe my package got sent back to god knows where and customer service kicked me to a hub to pick it up. fine, I'm okay with it, but the next day, which is today, they said my package will be delivered again, yeah okay, then it says it's "partially delivered" What? what does "partially delivered" even mean linguistically? and then at noon, it popped up with "there's some technical issues and we need to redeliver" What TECHNICAL issue exactly is that for PHYSICALLY BRINGING SOMETHING FROM A PLACE TO ANOTHER PLACE????? pls, pls, pls, god please help me. I paid 20 dollars for this shipment and what do I have here?

I only give them 1 because 0 is not an option. The delivery drivers are the worst that I have ever encountered. They show absolutely no respect for your parcels when delivering, literally tossing them into the front lawn. I have also had parcels not delivered because either the driver could not find the address, which is in suburban Kempsey, not a random farm estate and/or delivering to the wrong address. This is mind boggling since I have my Villa well signed in 2 places out front showing 2/66 and the address it was delivered to was clearly a house, number showing on the front as 52. I can not get direct contact with anyone in Australia who can assist and the staff become grumpy when I request local support.
So this is an update. I received the same lame response that everyone else has. I do not use FB so cannot use the only link option provided. I have again contacted their offshore call staff and been told that this is now the senders problem. I now plan to find a government body that can assist Australian consumers against this very dodgy company. They accept no responsibility for their incompetence and have 0 aftercare for receivers.

ordered from a store about an hour's drive south of my location; 3 days later, as I check the order, I'm informed the order is at their depot, about a 90-minute drive from my location in the opposite direction!!! This means they even drove past my place on the way to their depot, unbelieveable

Absolutely disappointing. I don’t know if their drivers are just pure lazy or they don’t have enough drivers to even attempt to deliver parcels? I was home the whole time but no one rang or texted me. I had to drive to the hub which is 30mins away. Waste of time and gas!

Amazing experience — if you enjoy missed deadlines, broken promises, and surprise parcel limbo.
My order arrived in two parts, due Jan 10. I contacted TGE on Jan 9 (since it was a Friday and I knew the package would not be delivered on a Saturday) to check if I needed to be home to sign for it and was cheerfully informed the parcel wouldn’t arrive that day cos they were 'too busy', but I definitely needed to be home to sign for it. SURPRISE: part 1 showed up that day — no notification, no signature taken just a magical materialization at my gate.
When part 2 is not included I ring to find out where it is???
Am promised it will be delivered Jan 12. Then “the 13th.” Then "the 14th." Then “someone will call.” Then radio silence. I spent days at home waiting for a package I had to sign for while TGE performed their Houdini routine. The seller even reshipped the missing half but couldn’t use another courier because apparently logistics bow to cosmic rules about box size. God only knows when and if that will ever appear.
Jan 19 — “out for delivery” notification. Doorbell camera footage shows the driver looking directly at the doorbell, deciding then instead to force open the hydraulic arm electric gate and jam a nearly 30kg parcel through it, then drive off without ringing OR asking for a signature. The house door was open. We were home. But why be conventional?
I’d give negative stars if I could — but apparently the system only allows a single, lonely star. So here’s your one-star review: zero communication, zero accountability, and a high chance of property damage. Bravo, TGE. I’ll be posting this everywhere I can.
And TGE I notice that you respond to the complaints. I imagine that's a full time job for one or more of the employees!! That said if you are going to write the same response to me that you have written to all the other complainants, save it for someone else. I am not interested in your direct copy and paste of a message that does nothing to deal with the issue. If you have something of interest to write then I will be very very interested to hear it! But I imagine it will be crickets.
You lot should be ashamed of yourselves. You're a complete joke - but not the funny kind of joke.

This company is poor at delivery service and poor at customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Package says it will be delivered on this day and doesn't come till later fake txt saying we attempted delivery on the day l have been home no one came to my front door and when l tried to reach out to team global they shrugged it off and said you can pick your package up within 48hours. Not a very happy customer.

I am now approaching two weeks waiting for a shipped from Auckland however now locally and it's marked urgent, and the experience with Team Global Express has been nothing short of unacceptable.
For four days in a row, I’ve been told the exact same thing:
“It will be delivered tomorrow”
“We’ll call you back”
Neither has happened. Not once.
I have repeatedly contacted Team Global Express directly with no meaningful outcome. What makes this worse is that the company I purchased the product from has been excellent and proactive yet even they have been fed the same false assurances and never received the promised follow-up calls either.
At this point, I have no confidence that the product will ever arrive. Because I am travelling and won’t be available to receive it, I am now forced to cancel the order entirely, despite the supplier doing everything reasonably possible on their end. I’ll have to reconsider where or even if, I can repurchase this product once I return.
This situation has wasted a significant amount of time for both myself and the supplier. The repeated promises that are not honoured are not just poor service they are misleading. I have zero trust left in Team Global Express.
If you value your time and want your goods to actually arrive, do not use Team Global Express.
Failed processes, poor support, and a complete lack of accountability.
Extremely disappointed.

Absolute joke, no customer service, no managers, overseas call centres. Most useless delivery company ever. An absolute joke of a delivery company. $150 delivery fee for them to decide they wont even deliver to the suburb. Never had a smooth delivery with them. Custkmer service teams are a joke, Reign and Christina both 0/10

This is hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with!
My delivery window was clearly scheduled between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, received SMS at 8:15am, yet at 8:30am I received another SMS saying 'unable to deliver'.
I had 2 colleagues in the office from 8am, and both confirmed that no one attended and no doorbell was rung. Also there is no card left in the mailbox. Then I try to contact them via 'live chat' on the website, I was told to go to the hub the next day to collect it myself.
(*Update: The tracking now shows “Check address – held in depot.” The parcel was scanned at Woolloongabba and marked “Unable to locate delivery address,” which strongly suggests no actual delivery attempt was made!)
(**Update: Received another SMS says 'parcel has been partially delivered' but custoemr service confirmed the parcel is still in Brisbane airport... so confused)
That is not a delivery service! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Worst service in Australia. Each week they postpone delivery for another week, then on day of deliver postpone for another day. Been waiting for almost a month for a small delivery from Victoria ro Brisbane.

I made an order from Adore Beauty in Melbourne on the 6th of January 26 and TeamGE picked up my parcel on the 7th January and they delivered it to Melbourne Airport parcel centre and is just sitting at the Airport now the 11th of January as they have taken the parcel further away from where it was picked up and as l live 30 minutes away from Adore Beauty pick up this is ridiculous and l can't understand why a company would change from Australia Post who works 7days a week to this pathetic company TEAMGE who have poor communication.
Avoid using this delivery company if possible.

Parcels said out for delivery for four days and were really late. I got in touch and apparently two of my parcels had been lost in transit. I understand that mistakes happen but there has to be better communication and if something has gone missing I shouldn't need to reach out to find out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I still have not got my air con. It has been 16 days. I had to redirect it as it was so late and my holiday had ended so I had to go back to work - I told them our office is only open from 7-4.
And yet again they haven't turned up. I don't think I'm ever going to receive my product. There doesn't appear to be anywhere you can make a formal complaint. I won;t ever buy from a company who uses these con artists ever again. Very unhappy.

Driver left my package on a chair at the front of my house for anyone to see or steal in full view from road never rang door bell as we were home no card in mail not thr first time this has happened one other time thrown in front of my mail box on footpath for any one to steal horrified these drivers from this company are doing this.

Hit and miss. Jason was a great courier but I think we have lost him coz suddenly we are back to 'missing' deliveries again. I had one an hour earlier than advised, and they're back to dropping the card in the letter box instead of coming to the door. Sigh*

They are the most despicable company! Never ever deal with them. We had to make numerous calls to get the driver to pick up the parcel. Waited for 12 hrs only to find out that the parcel was left at a wrong address without a signature, without contacting the recipient and taking the parcel to depot if recipient not at home. They tried to tell me that I booked a shipment without providing a delivery address which is simply impossible. The customer service people apart from submitting an enquiry on your behalf can’t do anything else. And you are at the mercy of their appalling systems. I’m told that it can take up to 3 business days before someone gets back to me re their failure to deliver let alone getting any assurances that the parcel has been retrieved and safely stored. You couldn’t make it up if you tried!!!
