3 hours I waited for this idiot driver…

3 hours I waited for this idiot driver with on board for delivery notification on a 44 degree day only for them to either a) lie and say I refused to accept the delivery or b) went to the wrong numbered house.

Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my last day of annual leave for the year!

They never delivered my order

They never delivered my order. After engaging with chat bots and real people who claimed to have 'launched' an investigation, for which it seemed there was no reference number, I never heard anything back within the 24-48 hours that they claimed it would take and had to cancel my order with the company I had ordered the product from.That company had also tried to contact Team Global Express unsuccessfully. I waited over 2 weeks for the parcel to come about 15km from their depot and thought that the Christmas rush was the issue but I will never know and hope never to have to rely on their non-existent delivery services. Be warned.

Was given 4 different delivery dates…

Was given 4 different delivery dates but no delivery on given dates Contacted them 3 times after no deliverys an was told it will be another 10 days before the deliver . A total rubbish incompetent company that should not be in business .

Every experience is terrible

Every experience is terrible. No tracking updates. Have had to nag them every time there is a delivery through them. Worst courier company I have ever delt with and we have lots of deliveries.

What a sorry delivery experience

It's a pity this company charges for delivery in the first place. It would be better to not deliver at all and keep their Botany (only) hub open on weekends. So customers could drive 44 km from Hornsby and at least get delivery the next day after the email would be received. Can any delivery company be even more useless than this one? UPS leaves deliveries at a local post office if can't delivered, why Globals can't do the same?

2nd failed / delayed parcel delivery in a fortnight

Impossible to get updates on deliveries from Team Global Express. My first parcel was 5 days late and arrived after sitting in Melbourne depot for ages. Then the same thing has happened with consignment (362900954975) which has been in the Melbourne depot since 22nd December 2025. No updates on website, chat bot sends you back to tracking page and phone line cuts you off and sends you an SMS link to the tracking page when you want to speak to someone. Beyond frustrating.

Tried to call and it wasted my time and hung up on me

Tried to speak to someone on their phone line 131TGE. Clicked a bunch of options and then it said "Our phone number has changed. Please call 131TGE" and then it hung up.

Easily the most useless company I have…

Easily the most useless company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Over 7 days and they still can’t deliver a package from one state away. They are unable (or unwilling) to provide any accurate delivery timeframe, despite repeated enquiries.

To make matters worse, when it became clear they were incapable of delivering it, I offered to pick the item up myself — which they outright refused. So they can’t deliver it, and they won’t release it.

This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I am now lodging formal complaints with the relevant consumer authorities and will also be pursuing media coverage so others are aware of how this company operates.

Avoid if you value your time, money, or sanity.

It won't be long before large companies that have contracts with TGE cancel them because I am now cancelling my large and very expensive order with the supplier I purchased the item from.

Waiting on ordered goods

Waiting on ordered goods, driver took photo to show it was delivered, but I have know idea where it was delivered to. Driver made no contact, and courier doesn’t answer phone, just recorded messages, no human contact. Couriers don’t deliver to rural addresses in this area, so need to know where it has been left. Supplier hasn’t been able to make contact with them. They are corrupt. Had to give one star to open this link but they do not deserve any stars. If ordering online, make sure your order is NOT SENT by Team Global Express!

<0 stars. Awful company

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Zero accountability or care.

1. Delivered within work hours while I was home - delivery agent knocked once, left a ticket on the doorstep then bailed.

2. The pickup agent is FURTHER AWAY than the STORE I ORDERED IT FROM, in a dodgy shop whose opening hours were more limited than the main store.

3. Pickup agent refused digital ID

4. Pickup agent told me to call the call centre when I pushed back about digital ID. Call centre is closed on weekends, of course

5. No option for redelivery no options for delivery instructions just "hey we'll take your money, rock up when we feel like it and park the item somewhere you can't get it. Oh and by the way if you don't pick it up in 7 days we'll return it to the seller".

Avoid at all costs, and if you're shopping at JB Hifi i would really strongly considered not getting delivery.

no option for 0 stars. Marked as "attempted delivery" at 308 PM, text received at 313PM as being taken to nearest collection point
Security Cameras have no footage of any delivery driver between 230 and 330PM

called customer service, and wanted on the phone for 30 minutes to leave a complaint. will see if they do anything about it

Update: went to collect from local chemist, and mentioned to the staff there, yesterday they had 14 customers come in with the same issue, same driver, same company, so whoever does the deliveries doesnt care for their job one bit

Delivery never arrived

I placed an order online for a 40-inch TV with The Good Guys on 2nd December 2025. The delivery was scheduled for 5th December, yet as of today (10th December), I have received no updates.

The Good Guys use Team Global Express for deliveries and provided me with a tracking link (Team Global Express Shipment Number: GGAA068328) on 3rd December. On 4th December, I saw that the TV had been shipped from “VICTORIA” and was in Sydney. Since then, it has shown as “In Transit” with no further updates.

I have been attempting to contact both The Good Guys and Team Global Express since 6th December:

- The Good Guys: They do not provide a customer service phone number for online orders, and their live chat support is useless. On 6th December, I connected via live chat, and the representative said they would investigate the delay and update me via email. It’s now 10th December, and I have received no response.

- Team Global Express: I have called twice, each time waiting over an hour without anyone answering.
Given that the TV was shipped from VICTORIA and is still listed as “IN TRANSIT,” I have serious concerns about whether it will arrive in good condition, without dents or scratches. If it is eventually delivered, I will record the entire unboxing and setup to document any damage.

My advice: Avoid ordering from The Good Guys and having to deal with Team Global Express at all costs. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating.

Worst Delivery Experience

Multiple pointless depot scans, zero real updates, and no “on board” information. Every time I deal with TGE, it’s the same story: delays, confusion, and customer service that offers nothing but excuses.

If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid using this company. Consistently unreliable and nowhere near the level of service they claim to provide

Lazy service :/

Had a computer arrive several days late before being left in the sun without a signature despite a big fat “SIGNATURE NEEDED” written on the top of the box. The lateness is understandable as it’s December but it being left in the sun?? That’s just laziness.

Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely pathetic. At 12 they sent me a sms that my shipment is coming today between 12 and 2pm. I was at the shipment address the entire time. Also I ticked the box for" yes leave parcel at safe place". Then at 1pm get a second text "we were unable to deliver your shipment". After about 90 minutes in waiting lines and customer service chats no result. The driver stated he couldn't find the address... and no, they don't make a second attempt to deliver and no, they don't deliver it to the local post office either. They only deliver to a newsagency in a different town. Seriously ? This must be the worst delivery service in Australia. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Do not use this company. Liars. Said they attempted a delivery but they did not. Trying to contact or communicate with them is impossible. Called 3 times and on hold for over 30 minutes every time. Never got through. Chat box is useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Thoughtless on every level

My package is over a week overdue. Their website says the package has been scanned at the local depot on two different days. What does that mean? Received there? Or on the truck? Still not delivered after those. Just spent 45 minutes in their phone queue listening to the same message every 15 seconds. Mind numbing. They obviously have no one who understands customer service. Failure on every level. Don’t know where my package is and can’t speak to a human.
