Thoughtless on every level
My package is over a week overdue. Their website says the package has been scanned at the local depot on two different days. What does that mean? Received there? Or on the truck? Still not delivered after those. Just spent 45 minutes in their phone queue listening to the same message every 15 seconds. Mind numbing. They obviously have no one who understands customer service. Failure on every level. Don’t know where my package is and can’t speak to a human.

Incompetence personified
Paid for express delivery for the 5th Dec, the parcel was being sent from Robina on the Gold Coast to Brisbane. Waited home all day as they said it would be delivered, never arrived, checked the tracking and it was on the Sunshine Coast, why the hell it went passed Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast is beyond me. Today is the 8th and it is still there according to the tracking info. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I am currently waiting in an online chat support with this company because I need to change a delivery address. The bot told me the estimated wait time is 11 minutes, that was 51 minutes ago. I have been trying to contact them all day. I leave a msg, wait then need to attend to other things and they reply and when I don’t get back to them within 2 minutes, they close the chat!
That’s happened twice now so I’ve stoped working to sit here staring at my phone waiting for them! Last time I even asked them to please just change the address, left all the details and they ignored it and shut the chat again!!
Decided to check out these reviews while I waited and now I’m thinking I might as well give up on receiving this package! How is this company still in business??
Over an hour waiting now 🤬

This is the second time I have purchased items from AliExpress and TGE are supposed to deliver them ! What a joke TGE is , can’t contact them and will not respond to messages left !

They get 1 star because I cant give them zero. I cannot believe this company is still in business. Literally cant understand how they continue to exist. I would go into detail about my experience/s but I feel like they have taken enough of my time already.

Either the driver or the customer service is lying - why does anyone use them ?
Terrible courier - either their driver or their customer service is lying, because the automated system told me they couldn't leave the package unattended; while the customer "service" said the driver missed the delivery window. One of them is lying, and I'm guessing both just made up whatever they thought was the best excuse.
Updated: you'll notice in the comment below that "Ari" directs you to a FB messenger account, which is a bot that collects info and then never connects you to a person, seems to be an automated response to make you think they actually care

i'd give no stars if i could. for the second time in recent weeks my medication for my chronic illness is sitting in a depot somwhere instead of being in my home. they consistently miss the provided delivery dates, their phone service is useless and you need to scream human to be placed on hold where no one ever answers. when i finally can get someone on the live chat they tell me the exact same tracking information i can see on my email. they refuse to provide a location of parcels in depots, they refuse to allow people to take things into their own hands and pick them up themselves. They refuse to provide updates or real time tracking. I am now waiting around WITHOUT my medication AGAIN with zero assistance. I have reported this company to the ACCC and NSW Fair Trading. This company is beyond a joke (even aus post can do better) and i am absolutely baffled as to how they are being used by companies to send things or how they're even still in business. Do not use them if possible. Request Star Track if the option is given, or do not buy from companies that use this so called service.

My package was marked as delivered but it is nowhere to he found, instead of waking ten feet into the reception of my building to leave it inside they decided to leave it wherever. Lost so much money in that. This is just infuriating.

TGE is the WORST OF THE WORST in the courier industry. DO not use them under any circumstance.
They are totally incompetent.
My parcel was meant to arrive a week ago and each morning I get out for delivery message and by 4pm I get a held up tech issue message.
This just keeps going on and on and I have reached out 10 times or more and nothing is resolved nor is parcel delivered. I am figuring it will not come.
I have to wonder what happens to everyone's parcels? Early xmas presents?
TERRIBLE. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH ANY COURIER COMPANY.

Four separate items from different companies have been lost. Check when ordering and if the company you are ordering from used this delivery do not buy the item.

Avoid this Company at all costs. Was Told after ringing 8 times in tracking ,that my urgent medication is sitting at Depot. After telling them I have life support equipment here & their own tracking saying it was due yesterday but now a whole weekend without it. Now will apply to Human Rights Court & Sue their ass off . Human rights= a Right to Medical treatment . Now Monday & still no driver with my Urgent Medication.

Awful experience
This was one of the most confusing deliveries I've ever experienced - I had four separate phone conversations and went to three different locations halfway around Cairns to try to find my package. I was given misinformation at every turn. Unfortunately, Temu sometimes uses this company, as I would never choose to - it's a small miracle I even got my package in the end, given their complete lack of systems...

Don't wait for a delivery
Delivery schedule between 1300-1500 hrs. Received an email at 1519hrs stating the attempt to deliver. I came home from work and was at my apartment from 1300. It had a phone connected to the front door, which would ring if someone dialled the flat number. We also had building management on the ground floor, as well as a locker with a code for parcels or delivery drivers to leave in a safe place. The driver didn’t even attempt to dial the number of the Flat.

Worst courier service I’ve dealt with
Easily the worst courier service I’ve ever dealt with. Currently waiting for an express medical delivery which was “out for delivery yesterday and estimated to arrive between 10am-12pm but didn’t receive any updates until 5:14pm when I was already home stating that they had attempted delivery which was false as i was home at the time. No updates the next day so had to reach out on their online chat thing to find out whats going on and after 2 hours since reaching out i finally received an email but was not happy with the response. For some reason the depot have scheduled it to be delivered tomorrow? Even though it was out for delivery yesterday, so i dont know why its not being prioritised and taken to a collection point today. Absolute pathetic management on their behalf. Their websites chat section is awful as well. Avoid using this company at all costs or you will have furious customers

Not only is my package late by 3 days
Not only is my package late by 3 days , it has been scanned at the Brisbane depot 3 times in 3 days and basically at the same time for those 3 days . Have contacted the ACCC to have that depot investigated for this as there are hundreds of other people who have had the same issue with the brisbane depot.

Undelivered parcel,rudely told to wait till 5pm then ring back at 5pm I rang no answer. This was a express medical delivery. They gave me no help no return call sms or email like they said they would. No message from the driver. Worst courier in Australia. Will be asking my pharmacist to never use again because of there continuing problems with this company
