Not surprised , had 5 deliveries scheduled for today 8-10am, was home the whole time, watched the driver pull up and place multiple cards in the letterbox , attempted delivery? What a joke , he didn’t even walk down the driveway and ring the doorbell, I didn’t even have a chance to run out and speak to him before he zoomed off, absolutely disgusting attempted delivery, jb-hifi please stop using this dogshit company. Every single time I get deliveries from this “courier company” they don’t even attempt to deliver , it’s like they have pre filled cards ready to go , if I could leave a -100 ⭐️review I would. Now I have to wait till Monday - Tuesday to go out of my way and drive to local hub , disgusting

TEAM GLOBAL EXPRESS always leaves items at the door. This is dangerous in an apartment complex. This morning I went out to check on a delivery, and again the package was outside. The driver was on his way to his car, so I asked why he was leaving the package outside. He told me he didn't know if anyone was home. I said, "Why don't you knock and find out?" He replied, "He has about 120 deliveries and he don't have time." I said it wouldn't take him more than two seconds to knock on the door. The driver said, "I am sorry", and drove off. IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES PLEASE!!!
Worst delivery service
Do not choose them please as a delivery service. Delivery service does not have a customer service call centre, instead discuss issues with delivery via messages. I was provided with a date of deliver waited 12 hours only to receive a message stating they where unable to deliver parcel on that date and I should collect it myself from depot, then I was told the depot does not even have my parcel as it was still sitting at another depot and they didnt even try to deliver it
UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT
EVERY TIME I am told Team Global Express will deliver my parcel I SHUDDER! EVERY TIME this is the scenario that plays out:
1. I am given a delivery window
2. Delivery window is changed
3. "we are (still) coming today" Delivery window is changed again
4. "We tried to deliver but were unsuccessful"
5. We will let you know where to pick it up from
6. ...... still waiting ....... still waiting......
7. Repeat 1 to 6
The date of experience is the most recent one, but this has happened EVERY TIME they are supposed to deliver a parcel to me! This latest parcel has seen THIRTEEN messages so far since last Thursday (it is now Monday).

Worst freight company in Australia, parcels never arrive regardless of how much information you give them , never had a good experience with them .. if I get a choice between them free freight or Australia post paid freight I always pay ..
Never once have they managed to deliver a parcel on first attempt, regardless of how much information I give them before hand or after .. you can't talk to anyone.. i just get a message your address can't be located .. really their are 2 houses in my street .. so 50 50 chance of getting it right lol 😆 number is on the fence if they actually came into the street .. Temu use them among others ... my advice run a mile from this company..

Any company that uses TGE I no longer shop with. Their customer service is poor & would go to say as non existent. They don't do their job, which is deliver parcels. A company who is in the delivery business that doesn't deliver parcels and expects the customer to do their job. This is not a sustainable business model in the long run. It will be good to see this business to go bust. Goodbye team global because your business won't be around very long.

Worst company. Accepts money and contract for delivery, drops parcels 50minutes away and refuses to deliver closer. Then ended conversation abruptly saying they can't and it will need to be picked up from their collection point.
I will be contacting fair trading because I have paid for a service that has not been received
Communication is ridiculous
Apparently attempted delivery on 4th September, someone was home all day!!
On the portal it says contact customer support to organize pickup from service hub. After contacting support 5 times they all say wait for the service hub to contact me regardless of the fact on the portal it specifically states I myself contact support. All i want is an address for pick up but no one will give me one.
Its really not that hard, its in the depot, just tell me where that depot is!!

Still waiting, have contacted customer support again twice today. Still won't give me the address to the customer hub location because apparently, they don't know it or have a contact number. So essentially Toll are saying they can't contact their own employees.
Delivery Global express way
Expected a delivery of a large pot.After long wait I was notified that it was delivered but it was not.After contacting the company they insisted that it was delivered.Second pot was not delivered as the driver could not find the house.Was told it will be redelivered.Now I am told to go and collect 32 km from my home.I find this outrageous.

Tracking tells you out for delivery, a week later you’re still wondering why it’s still out for delivery. This is the worst courier in Australia by a long way.
Frustrating Service
Terrible experience with Team Global Express. Communication is almost impossible, their website links don’t work, and despite being home (with camera footage showing the driver never attempted delivery), I only received a card in the mailbox. I had specifically requested “leave in a safe place,” but instead was told it was unsafe to leave at my unit — even though I live in a house. When I corrected this, I was told their policy is not to deliver to houses with gates - absurd. Attempts to resolve via email were slow and dismissive, with responses ignoring half my concerns. To make matters worse, the collection point they redirected my parcel to was closed on three separate occasions when I attempted collection during their already very limited business hours (advertised Mon - Fri until 4.00pm). Frustrating and unprofessional service. I will actively avoid any companies that use their service.
You will never ever get your parcel.
After not receiving a delivery 2 weeks after the delivery says it was meant to have been completed, a complaint was lodged. 1-3 days asked for investigation. It’s now been 5 with no response. Even after escalating things there has been no response.
Service is poor, deliveries are non existent, and the whole company is a mess. This isn’t the first time.
If you have a choice of company to deliver items, avoid team global express at all costs. They don’t care, and I have no idea how they are still in business.
Their website is full of empty platitudes, and their actions and 1 star reviews across the board speak volumes as to the reliability and trustworthiness of this failure of a business.
The CEO is the issue
The CEO was the CEO of Aus Post when they used to drop a card in your mailbox saying you missed delivery. The postie would not event have the package.
She has gone a step further at Team GE, now they just email you that you missed delivery.
A delivery company that increases profit by not delivering. Just get the customer to pick up the package.

I recently had a parcel sent from Hong Kong to Blackwater which is a small country town in Central Queensland. The parcel arrived in Sydney from HK on Monday with and update to say it would be delivered the following day. I laughed and said "Do they know where Blackwater is? won't be here" lol. To my amazement it bloody was! Less than 24 hours from Sydney to Blackwater simply incredible TGE 5 stars for you guys well done.
poor service stay away
My parcel from brisbane to ballarat took 2 days to reach melbourne then sat in their depot for 5 days. When i reached out to them the best answer they could give was we will let you know in 48 hours and delivery is now expected in the next 72 hours/3days. It is 90 minutes from melbourne to ballarat but TGE takes more than 5 days, still waiting.
Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless. Don't use this company. I received notification that they could not obtain a signature so they delivered it to a newsagency for me to pick up. Strangely, I was home during the day, reeceived 2 other packages and had a tradie here as well. They made no attempt. Avoid using them at all costs. If a supplier uses this company in the future I will no longer buy anything from this supplier.

I feel silly leaving a review, as I don't think they care. I took a day off work to receive a parcel, only to find that part of the delivery was missing with no prior notice. The delivery driver told me the final item would arrive on Monday, but I can’t afford to take another day off.
Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to reschedule the delivery for a day when someone could be home, I was told they couldn’t guarantee anything and that they’d “confirm shortly.” Before I could respond, the conversation was abruptly ended.
This experience was frustrating and inconvenient, and I won’t be ordering through this service again.

what went wrong is they cant tell me were my medication parcel is and they dont even cal;l you wen they say they will my medication is important to me and tge dont care about ppls wellbeing still no change on my medication parcel its now 18th two day after delivery should be here tge never use them they are not reliable and lie when they say they get back to you they said 2 times they ring me nevedr did tge hope you go under you dont deserve to have a company in australia let down again by tge no medication all weekend now i havent had my medication for 2 days now cause off tge time they went outta bussiness companies like that dont belong in australia
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I feel so frustrated that reputable companies like ikea and good guys use them. I have had 2 negative encounters with TGE within 6 weeks. As soon as I put my ikea order through and seen that team global express were the courier company, i knew i would have issues. I live in a town of 2,500 people and they have delivered it to the wrong house and taken a photo of it at the wrong address. How hard is it to use a GPS!!! I’m now gearing myself up to have to deal with the terrible customer support. Last time they kept telling me that will sort out the redeliveey of a parcel and then nothing would eventuate. I ended up returning the good guys item and brought the product else where. I won’t order a delivery with ikea again. I hope TGE go under, they do not deserve success.
