Item is missing in action
Item is missing in action tracking is non existent, I waited down by our letterbox for four hours, with my phone just in case. I got a message stating first ..failed delivery, then another message saying it was at the depot and there were issues. I actually met a driver from the company who was delivering packages for my daughter at the same time at the gate so I could sign she could not find my delivery in the van. Delivery driver was new and passed our driveway ..I waited at the drive way for a further 20 minutes..she stated she was new and unfamiliar with the road (fair enough) however...no package for me was on board. I then got jumbled messages etc from them which said it was still at their yard please see "Attempted delivery

Where is my item?
TGE attempted to deliver an item to my address, they claim no one was home.
The tracking page claims my item has been returned to "the depot", but they will not reveal the location of the depot, nor when I can collect my item.
I can't even get confirmation they know where my item is, which I find hard to believe because it is rather large...definitely will not have fallen behind the driver's seat.
Avoid this company if you can, their customer service and customer communication is woeful.
Horrible
Horrible. Missing packages. Chooses random negligent businesses like candles and chimes for delivery hubs, and then both parties claim no responsibility when something is missing.
delivered to wrong address after 6 weeks
My freight was picked up from the depot in May - we thought that it had arrived in time for the ship because we didn't hear anything further. On July the 7th we received an email stating that the receiver would not accept the delivery. This was because Team Global Express had delivered the freight to a completely wrong address. Of course there's no phone number to contact anyone; wait time for the live chat is 20 minutes. The service is exactly as the other reviews state - terrible.
2 deliveries 2 states & 2 experiences
Two deliveries to different states of Australia - one was great, the other a complete disaster.
First the great delivery: Queensland parcel arrived earlier than expected, with no warning, but the driver was exceptionally pleasant and even offered to help with the problems from the other delivery to rural Victoria. I would give her five stars.
Second delivery: Parcel sat in their local depot for two weeks before an attempt was made to deliver, and then the notification was that it failed due to being 'outside the delivery window' whatever that was supposed to mean. Attempted to contact TeamGE and got an AI (not a human) who kept going round the same information over and over until I finally realised what it was and hung up. Issue unresolved. The recipient tried multiple times over the next week to retrieve the parcel from the depot but no-one would answer the door even though it was obvious they were working at the time. Parcel finally arrived yesterday, with the pleasant driver explaining he'd been on holidays and the replacement driver didn't know the area so was simply taking all parcels he didn't want to deliver back to the depot. So 1 star for this to compensate the regular driver.
Overall I've given TeamGE 3 stars, but I'm still annoyed at the unbelievably poor service in rural Victoria.
Terrible delivery experience, even worse customer service
My package was due 1/7/25. It contained my medication, which is extremely important that it arrives on time. No driver arrived despite waiting by the front door all day. Received a notification saying nobody was home, followed by a second notification saying the address was inaccessible (it’s not) so a card could not be left. Seems to me the driver didn’t bother coming to the door. Package arrived following morning, which is unusual as typically when a package can’t be delivered it goes to the collection centre for pickup.
I’ve tried reaching out to customer service for 3 days now for an explanation as to why nobody attempted to deliver my package until the day later. Whether you call or use the chat function on their website, you get placed on hold forever or nobody picks up the phone at all. No email address to contact TGE. This whole experience has been infuriating, and I will be changing my medication supplier for my packages to a different one that uses a competent delivery service.
Quick delivery but 3 big boxes left at…
Quick delivery but 3 big boxes left at the neighbor's and completely blocking their front door! The delivery guys never care to read any notes nor pay attention to the house number and this is NOT the first time. This is so careless and so unprofessional. Further, tracking is almost useless especially with such careless drivers! No estimated TIME and no timely updated tracking. My neighbor's screaming for want to leave her home and couldn't was the only way I knew the boxes were delivered and blocked her door! Their website doesn't even have a link to complain or feedback and obviously with the very bad rating here on TP and other major review platform they don't seem to care!
Late night deliveries that don't turn up where driver said they left them
I tracked my parcel from one end of the North Island to the other end and saw the driver delivered to my front door at 7.52pm (didn't know couriers worked late at night). I didn't hear any box being dropped at the door, no knock on the door, not even the sound of footsteps. Driver made a note on their tracking system - front door. (My front door is in my lounge so I would have heard them at that time of day). I checked everywhere this morning and nothing, not even on my neighbour's doorstep.
Called Team Global and still waiting for an explanation 3 hours after calling them.
Poor service and not even a sorry from them when I lodged my complaint. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - they don't even deserve one star!
The worst courier company
Easily the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. Delivered to the wrong city one time, another time the wrong street AND wrong number house. And deliveries are always super slow compared to other companies.
Another company with absolutely 0 care…
Another company with absolutely 0 care about customers. I have 24hour cameras on my driveway. I was following the delivery and suddenly received a delivery attempt. They did not even attempt to drive on the driveway (which is recently is completely repaired), put a note in the mailbox at the street and delivered it to a collection point 2 suburbs away. I don't have a car so wont be able to collect it. They didn't care as they still get their money if I don't collect. What a disgrace!
Global Express Shipping are USELESS!!
Global Express Shipping are USELESS!!! DO NOT use them. If I could give a score of negative 50 I would.
They consistently send my packages to the opposite end of the country instead of the supplied address for delivery.
They do not answer their "customer service" phone line and they do not even apologise for their failures when it's been blatantly requested.

Giving them a 1 star review is being generous. Pity there is isnt a negative star system. I would give then -10. They dont care. They sent my parcel south instead of north. And it took 5 days to go 543 km ( 5 hrs drive)

Contacted them and basically got told they cant help. But more than likely they dont want to help.
And when I told the woman about all the negative reviews she said " Well we are still here arent we"
Multiple really poor delivery experiences
We've had issues with them three times now and we've had enough. The driver that services our area is very rude when you do manage to catch him but most of the time he knocks once and walks away. He doesn't provide a reasonable amount of time to get to the door and then the parcel ends up at random collection points that just don't make sense. I'm disabled and I have a baby. If I'm home, I expect to be given a reasonable and fair chance to get to the door because collecting from a random newsagency that might be really close on a map but takes three buses to get to is ridiculous. The customer service lady I got through the website chat was lovely and none of this is her fault. It's an issue with the driver and how they handle 'missed' deliveries. I'm now actively avoiding any ecommerce site that ships through them.
Lazy Worker
I ordered an item from Trademe for delivery to my Epsom work address. The courier from Team Global Express phoned me and aksed me to pick it up from the local supermarket as the traffic to my workplace was too congested (it wasn't). I refused for him to od that and told him exactly where to deliver it. He didn't
Next he phoned me in the afternoon whilst I was busy at work, so I texted him a little later, explaining the exact address. Checked the tracker and it states that it was undeliverable and to contact them.
Shoddy business, lazy workers and judging by so many bad reviews online, they dont care about the customers, only profit.

My parcel was delivered to the complete wrong address. You could not even mix them up the addresses were so different. Numerous calls to the customer service team ( who were very nice) still no resolution. Phoned again and they said that they couldn’t give me an update until the driver gets back to the depot … apparently he is still lost 😂 because the only call I got was from the company who had my parcel delivered to them. I said under no circumstances give it back to the delivery driver and I collected it myself.

Poor communication, incorrect tracking details and finally, I had to pick up my package from a food store in the middle of nowhere. Help by app takes 30 minutes to speak to someone, the same as the phone. They are Philippines-based and seem to have no insight other than what you can see on the bad tracking site anyway.
Absolutely incompetent
Absolutely incompetent, didn't even try and deliver and said it was an attempted delivery, turns out the delivery driver marked it attempted while nowhere near my address as i have a friend who works at the depo. This company is a total joke, avoid all business with them!! i will NEVER use this company again.
Fraud business
At this point, I genuinely can’t tell if their CEO is completely incompetent or if the company is just a front for something else entirely. They fail to deliver any parcels- zero reliability. Amazon has had to issue multiple refunds, yet the packages never move from their so-called “local delivery station.” It's unbelievable that such a disgraceful excuse for a business is allowed to operate in Australia. The fact that this continues is a complete failure of oversight.
