Absolutely Abysmal Service - Avoid at All Costs!
I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service I've received from this delivery company. It has been over TWO WEEKS since my package went missing, and I have yet to see any resolution. Their lack of communication is nothing short of infuriating.
After spending HOURS on the phone trying to chase down my lost package, I encountered nothing but unhelpful representatives who seem completely disconnected from the reality of the situation. Each time I called, I had to repeat my story to yet another uninformed agent, who offered no solutions and took no responsibility. It's clear that they have no system in place for tracking issues or escalating problems, which is frankly unacceptable.
Their customer service is a complete joke. I was transferred from one department to another with no one willing to take ownership of my issue. The laziness and incompetence of this service are staggering. It feels like I’m talking to a wall; no one seems to care about their customers or the issues we face.
At this point, I have zero faith that my package will ever be found or that I will receive any meaningful communication from them. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this disastrous service. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, look elsewhere! This has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

I literally watched the driver pull out of my driveway without delivering my package. They made no effort to drop it off! At least Aust. Post has the decency to honk the horn or ring me — not this mob.
I've had poor service from them before, so this isn’t a one-off. I even have a parcel letterbox they could have easily used. Absolutely crap!
Unbelievably Bad
Are you kidding me? Driver didn't bother to call my apartment, me, talk to our 24/7 reception team, check out the secure parcel room and lockers. No. Instead, he just took my parcel to some random smoke shop and dumped it without my permission. Chatted to customer service who LITERALLY LIED and said the sender approved the smoke shop address (this has been proven to be false).
Did not deliver my item as instructed
My order was supposed to arrive today between 9:00am to 11:00am. The delivery company Global Express sent me an email today stating "The delivery address was not accessible for pickup/delivery. We were unable to leave a Sorry We Missed You card.". There were no information on the email on whether they are re-delivering the parcel and no instructions on where I can pick up the item. I contacted the delivery company via phone call and the Customer Service said it is not eligible for delivery and that I might have to pick up the parcel at the Brisbane Depot which is in the airport. The airport is 30 minutes away from me, I do not have access to a car and I need this book by Tuesday as a birthday present, hence why I paid for express shipping. Additionally, I do not understand why the delivery company is saying the delivery address is inaccessible, as my building is open throughout the day and I have never had any issues with other delivery companies leaving my parcel in the lobby. I asked the Customer Service for the address of the Brisbane Depot but he wouldn't give it to me, and he said that the depot is closed on weekends so this means I will not be able to pick up my book at all unless I take time off work as I work Monday to Friday during business hours. This is extremely frustrating and I should not have purchased online and paid for express shipping at all if I am not going to get my book anyways. The delivery company was so unhelpful.

Worst Delivery service ever. I ordered from Big W they use these guys no idea why. They picked parcels up 20 mins from depot, checked them into depot then 2 days later they say they are missing 1 like how??? then says cant deliver until found, im 20 mins from depot on other side of pick up, how the hell it take over 2 days to deliver!!!!!!!!!!!
Very unreliable
Team Global Express is more of a storage company than a delivery company. Avoid at all costs.
My parcel from Wellington was picked up a full week ago and I still don't have it. Multiple calls and emails to polite staff but zero results. Horseback and carriage would be faster and more reliable.
Worst courier in the country.
I thought it was bad when Kmart used aramax, but this is a new level of crappy courier service. Ordered my child's birthday present with heaps of time for delivery. Sat in the courier Auckland depot for days before being shipped to Christchurch. I thought it was good when we got an out for delivery notification but it never arrived. It was non signature so no excuse. Our Ring camera shows that no courier showed up at all.
We did get a delivery from NZ post courier so our place is not hard to deliver to.
Now we have to go and pick it up from thier depot on the other side of the city.
Absolutely shocking.
Item has been out for delivery for 3 days, tracking is unreliable. Tried to reach out to customer service who essentially said it wasn't their problem and they ended the chat. Tried to ring the number I was given but it wouldn't go through. Have more packages coming through them that have been "in transit" from ashburton and dunedin for 3 days...... nothing express about this.

Absolutely the worst service ever! I really don't know how they can call themselves an "Express Service" - if what I received is "Express", I'd hate to see a standard service - could be waiting years. After more than a month chasing my delivery (unable to contact and no response despite numerous messages sent) - Global Express admitted to the Seller that they had lost my parcel. The Seller has sent another parcel through this service (I really don't know why - as this is the worst service ever). I have been waiting more than 10 days for the second parcel to be sent and was supposedly "guaranteed" that it would arrive within 72 hours. I don't know how this company is still running. Avoid like the plague. I'm still waiting for my delivery! I am still waiting (since the 4th of January!) and not holding out any hope for the successful delivery.

I would give zero stats if I could. Item has been out for delivery since Jan 31st. No phone support and live chat is useless. I will be pushing for companies like Kogan etc to not deal with this disgraceful company
Absolutely PATHETIC
Absolutely PATHETIC, sat home for 2 days, ( sent me a email stating day of delivery), no show, sent another email following day stating delivery time between 3-5pm. Waited then got email stating Unable to deliver? No reason given, had to contact JBHIFI who agreed with their ineptitude and ended up sending in the mail. Good luck trying to contact these morons, simply they don't CARE.
Shocking Customer Service!
Package arrived on 16/1 and was picked up and delivered to my parcel locker. Team Global Express failed to advise they don't deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers and should I need my parcel, to go to the airport to collect it. 5 days later it was delivered.
Worst service, and don't trust JB Hifi express delivery
ordered an item from JB HIFI on 14th Jan whic JB website shows the delivery will be on 16th. I am flying out on 19th Jan Monday. This company picked up the item from Chermside on 15th Jan and the tracking stays on Picked up till now. I would have just drive there to pickup myself if JB told me this comnpany needs more than 3 days to deliver express packages. Meanwhile my orders from Sydney on the same day has arrived yesterday. Real rubish service I submit inquiries to them but never get back to me. I tryied live chat just to ask if they do delivery on weekends which is my last hope and the machine told me it doesn't understand what I was saying and told me to rephrase my wording.
Never to Team Global Express, Roadhound, and Motorola
Never to Team Global Express, Roadhound Electronics, and Motorola. Motorola took a lot of time to repair my phone, Roadhouse Electronics and Team Global Express took a lot of time to return my phone. Three companies asked for my complete details: from primary and alternate addresses, all mobile numbers possible, and all email addresses, but what did I get? NOTHING. Nothing was delivered. So now, I have to collect the device from a warehouse because they did not deliver it to my home address despite promising to do so, and despite giving three companies my complete details. Their logistics team office was only 15 minutes from my house. I am working 7 days a week. Hence, the delivery! Now, I have to file a halfday off. Overall, it was a bad experience, plus both companies had poor service. Never trusting these three 'again.'
Worst company ever
Worst company ever! My parcel has been sitting at Brisbane airport since being picked up December 5th. I sat on hold for 2 hours on December 12th when it hadn’t moved & then received a generic text response the next day. Now it’s December 17th, parcel still hasn’t moved & I’ve been on hold 1.5hrs with no answer. $150 worth of Christmas items are MIA. This company should be investigated. I feel like this is widescale incompetence at best.
No support when asking about packages
won't answers calls and online support doesn't exist or just doesn't work, tried for days calling about a package that was "onboard for delivery" on the 12 of december, was told it would be here on the 8th, Haven't heard back from anyone and have no idea whats going on with my package
Hopeless, the worst couriers
The worst. We waited at home for two days for a package to show up that needs a signature. We checked the web site but nothing gets updated in real time. Clearly the delivery date shown was wrong so we called. After being on hold for an hour the help desk person had no idea what was going on. So, its Christmas and i guess we'll just keep waiting around every day until it shows up. Seriously thinking about looking into legal action.
Unreliable - no human in the business
I didn't receive my parcel from Amazon. I was waiting the whole day on the promised date, but no one arrived. Amazon tracking suggests to contact TGE/ Toll, but it keeps looping between 131 TGE and their website. No meaningful information on their tracking system. All robots, no human response at all.
If you plan to purchase from an online store, check the delivery service. If it's TGE/ Toll, don't buy from that store as you'll never receive the item and can't contact them.

From my experience, There have no right to be in business I was on hold in call and chat for one hour, cannot contact customer service and always excuses to delay the delivery. They will ruin your whole day and still not deliver on time NEVER NERVER USE THEM OR BUY FROM COMPANIES WHICH USE THEM LIKE TEMPLE and WEBSTER from my experience. I am never ordering from TEMPLE and WEBSTER again !!!!!

Con artists dressed as Couriers. Didn't knock on door. Sorry we missed card left in letter box 1 day before scheduled delivery. Parcel went to Service Hub. They don't redeliver. Customer service is non existent.Why are they in business?
