DON’T USE!It’s a shame that this rating doesn’t accept zero stars. I took days off work twice to take a delivery that was delayed multiple times without warranted explanation for it. Customer service is unreachable and when any formal complaints or requests to speak to management have been ignored. Even the live chat doesn’t work. Long wait times and horrible service. I’ve been hung up on and rudely spoken to after being on hold for an average of 1.5hrs

My parcel still hasn't been picked up!! Its been over a week, its a ramp for my disabled mother. I cannot speak to anyone in priority.. that's right priority service it should have been delivered by now. I would give 0 stars if possible...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Thought I would share a positive experience
I was a little scared with all the negative reviews about Team Global Exp. I bought a bunch of furniture from Kogan who uses Team Global Exp as their courier and they have been nothing but great to me. The delivery was extremely fast, 1-3 business days, it was so fast that I had to delay one of the deliveries since I was not going to be at the premises to receive it. When I contacted them via their online chat, I spoke with a guy named Ian who was extremely helpful and was able to delay my delivery for the next day. Everything has been going smoothly :)

Should be Negative stars. I never thought I would live long enough to se a delivery company worse than Australia Post but here we are. They delivered a green card, NOT A PARCEL then refused to help when I rang them.

The shipment went from Yatala to Mackay in a one-day Saturday warehouse for 15 days. This urgent shipment was needed to repair a boat stuck on an island. I tried to get through. No one would answer phone calls or give me any reasonable explanation on the chatbot. Unreliable unresponsive. I don't think you can fairly call it customer service there was no service.
One star is too high
One star is too high. Tracking not updated . When delivery missed the card they left had no details where and how to pickup and the number on the card is not recognised in their system when I followed the instructions. AI chat terrible.it just tells me numbers I have are not correct. Human on chat tells me they have not picked up the parcel yet from the supplier. The supplier confirmed that did and what did they try to deliver then. Got through to talk to human who said it’s been returned to depot and once they find it I can pick up. Great says me… but then informed it could take 2 days to find as the depot is big. So no ide know when and where I’ll be able to pick up. Worst courier around. Run by the CEO who stepped down in disgrace after spending Australia post money on Cartier watches. Made a formal
Complaint against Yasmine the wonderful chat person who basically made out like I was stupid and they didn’t even have the parcel yet! Be better
What a poor service
Driver not knocking at the door. Confusing/misleading/incorrect SMSs. Ineffective customer service (most AI supported). Will avoid using this service (disservice) again.
Driver didnt bother to knock
I was clearly home with all my family, cars outside and the driver didnt bothered knocking on the door and the driver just left a slip in my mailbox, lazy
Team Global Express driver damaged our home knowingly then drove off
Team Glocal Express delivery driver damaged our home (private property) during a delivery causing $5,500.00 worth of damage to a retaining wall rego of delivery van CR38BV (NSW). The driver drove away and did not notify (sustaining over $10,000 worth of damage to their vehicle) although they knew what had occurred. After reviewing homes security cameras we'd notified Team Global (did not contact us) and supplied footage. TGE then accepted liability however would not pay the replacement costs in full, offering 1/3 of damage bill and only after 4 months of chasing then repeatable. They do not return calls and will not supply internal contact for escalations, they are self-insured and therefor decide internally an insurance payout whilst their internal claims manager will not receive / return any calls to discuss. Situation now moving toward a civil case and police have been notified and involved that their driver left the scene of an accident knowingly without reporting. Very unprofessional behaviour and company’s internal is incredibly disorganised and unreachable. Would not recommend professional nor personally to use.
Are they really this useless
I get a notification saying my parcel is ready for pick up they sent me many sms and emails saying to pick it up near my local area WHATS THE ADDRESS they said pick it up in your suburb I tried googling team global exp or toll how am I supposed to come pick it up when you wont give me the address they dont answer the phone online support doesn't exist you guys are useless
Global Express: A "delivery" company that doesn't deliver
Just given Global Express a 1-Star rating for their customer service, so they sent me survey.
Here's part of what I wrote (still awaiting a reply:
Overall I'd say a pretty hopeless customer service experience from Global Express; a company that is so far not proving to be very good at its core business, ie DELIVERING items from providers to customers.
Firstly, I received a completely meaningless SMS message, which I originally thought was a hoax, since it contained no context or useful information.
Next, as it turns out, the text message was authentic in its source, but incorrect and/or disingenuous in its content since no attempt at delivery was made yesterday (I was at home all day).
And finally, so far, I am no closer to receiving a parcel, which I now gather is sitting in a "service hub" awaiting my collection.
I can’t drive and also because I'm suffering leg injuries following a motor vehicle accident*, I'm now debating whether to pay Uber/Taxi charges in order to collect this parcel or not. And since I have no information about the parcel itself, I'm tempted to leave it where it is until I receive further information.
*(which is the whole reason for using mail order companies, ie. to have items DELIVERED to my address, not to a service hub)
