Terrible delivery and no accountability

The delivery service was unacceptable.
The expected delivery window was between 11am and 1pm, but the driver arrived at 8:56am. There was no attempt to contact me. The intercom was not used, and there was no effort to leave the parcel in a safe place or the mailbox. CCTV confirms the driver made no proper attempt to deliver.
Customer service made it worse. They refused to organise a re delivery, even after I explained the situation and provided evidence.
This shows a lack of basic process and accountability. The driver did not follow simple delivery steps, and the company did not take responsibility.
I would not recommend this service.

Package didn't arrive again

Package didn't arrive again, been home all day again, no show. I received a text saying that my item was out for delivery again. This is 2/2 times from this courier, never use them again. Now i have to go down to the depot to retrieve my item, if someone's there, last time no one answered the doorbell at parcel pickup, had to google a contact number, ring and speak to someone overseas with poor English skills and try to explain the situation, put on hold and they hung up on me.My conversation was conducted calmly. I had to call again to sort it out, and finally was given a contact number to ring to find out what time I could pick my item up that was suitable for them. Now this has happened again, it seems that I'll have to go through the same inconvenience. What makes it worse is I'm disabled.

Happy

I had a fragile item worth thousands delivered through TGL and was very afraid when I read all these negative reviews. My parcel was delivered in exactly 4 business days from NSW to SA. The item was left at my doorstep as per authority to leave & waived signature. It arrived as expected, in a timely manner, with frequent updates and simple tracking. My experience with TGL has been great.

Agressive and rude customer service

II understand that the freight and logistics industry can be stressful, and I always try to keep that in mind when visiting the Team Global Express depot in Biloela Queensland, Australia to ask about a delivery. I make a point of being polite and patient, especially knowing how busy these places can be.

Unfortunately, both times I’ve had to go in to query a missing parcel, I’ve been met with rudeness and made to feel like the situation was somehow my fault. The response I received was essentially, “It’s from Temu, that’s why it’s missing—just ask for a refund.” While I do usually end up getting a refund from Temu, that doesn’t excuse the dismissive attitude or lack of willingness to actually check or assist.

The parcels themselves are never that important to me, but the experience of going in there is unpleasant enough that I now dread having to ask if a delivery has arrived. Customer service should at least involve basic courtesy and a willingness to help, but that hasn’t been my experience here.

In a small town especially, a little respect and professionalism goes a long way. The consistently rude and arrogant attitude I’ve encountered suggests the staff may need to reconsider whether a customer-facing role is right for them.

Run around

1. first time: delivery driver didn't see me and used profanity after reading the note on my front door not the leave the packages there to be stolen and where to leave them.
2. had a notification a package had been delivered. I could see my driveway from where I was sitting and nothing had been delivered, couldn't get across to Customer Service that the package in question had been delivered 3 days prior than the notification.
Yes it had been delivered however they had me searching for another package due to the 3 day late notification.

The worlds worst shipping company I…

The worlds worst shipping company I have ever used, I ordered two items, Both of them are not delivered and both of them have different issues. One has been sent to a place 10hours of where it was supposed to be sent, This now takes 72hours to fix. So ordered an replacement as this item is extremely time sensitive. Was out for delivery today, I watched the drivers drive to the building, And just continue driving, I thought it was strange but surely they haven't attempted to even deliver it? But alas, the shipping notified to an update " Cannot Find Address" which is really interesting considering they drove past me at the location. So now I have TWO deliveries stuck with this company with NO updates to when these are going to be delivered. I have no idea how this company operates with the amount of reviews reflecting the same issues over and over again.

Horrible Service

Our business has been using Team Global Express since 03/05, however the overall experience has been disappointing across several areas.

The account onboarding process was difficult, and although we were initially assigned an account manager, we then went approximately six months without an assigned account manager, which made resolving issues extremely difficult when problems arose.

Operationally, we experienced ongoing reliability issues, including:

Missed collections

Missed deliveries

Delayed consignments

Difficulty obtaining timely assistance when urgent issues occurred

We also found that the Priority service frequently performed slower than Australia Post Express, which is concerning given the significant price difference between the services.

After raising our concerns regarding delivery performance, we were provided with a DIFOT (Delivered In Full On Time) report showing approximately 81.78% on-time deliveries over a three month period. This effectively means nearly 1 in 5 consignments were delivered late, which is below the level expected for businesses relying on time-sensitive deliveries.

The most recent issue involved an urgent shipment where clear ATL (Authority to Leave) instructions were provided to leave the parcel on a chair at the delivery address. The delivery was never attempted, and despite being advised it would be delivered before midday the following day, the delivery still did not occur as promised.

Our account manager acknowledged the performance issues and stated that if the service could not perform when required, then “the writing was in the sand,” which unfortunately reflects the experience we encountered.

It is also worth noting that our account was projected to be worth approximately $50,000 in annual freight spend, however due to the reliability concerns only around 1% of our freight was ultimately allocated to this service.

To the credit of the account manager, communication was professional and transparent regarding the performance data. However, the reliability of the network ultimately did not meet the level required for our operations.

As a result, we have removed Team Global Express Priority services from our website and discontinued using ad-hoc collections.

We hope the network performance improves in the future, but based on our experience we cannot currently recommend the service for businesses relying on consistent and time-sensitive deliveries.

LOST PACKAGE, NO COMMUNICATION

After three deliveries that were left nowhere near us, but a total of 480km for us to collect the stuff that was supposed to be DELIVERED, they lost the latest package. A fire fighting pump.
Tracking shows it sat in Toowoomba for 3 weeks then vanished. No attempt at delivery. No phone calls. The most consistently incompetent business I've come across.
If they have no intention to deliver, how about communicating so we can find a mutually suitable location or collect from depot?
Nope. Seems the business plan is lose the item snd just keep quiet about it.
6 weeks later, no news, no apologies.

I would leave 0 star if there is an option. Delivery driver lies all the time, staying at home waiting for delivery, no one actually coming at all, but status said "We have attempted delivery of your parcel; however, we were unable to leave it unattended.", STOP LYING PLEASE

They literally came to my house to…

They literally came to my house to leave a card that says they could not come to my house to deliver my parcel. Absolutely useless. Just goes to show a good web site doesn't mean anything. They have this front online of being a top global logistics company. I wouldn't reccomend them unless you don't want to get what they are delivering.

Lets play some games. You lose, we win

A “Sorry We Missed You” card was left in my letterbox on 25 February 2025. The tracking number on the card is invalid and produces an error message when entered online.
I contacted the online Chat service and spoke with a representative who confirmed that the tracking number was invalid. As a result, she was unable to provide any assistance.
I find this situation extremely frustrating and wholly unacceptable. It demonstrates poor attention to detail and a lack of accountability within the delivery process. It gives the impression that smaller customers are simply dismissed because we lack the scale or influence of larger clients.

If I could give -100 I would

If I could give -100 I would. This company has to be THE WORST courier company I have ever dealt with.
Its now been a month since package was picked up & it still hasn't been delivered to the destination. Tracking online isn't updated. You ring & they just say we are following up. The complaint section only lets you write 250 characters. I've now spoken to over 30 people to try & get an answer and still no result.
Please don't waste your time or energy on this company. They should be closed down permanently.

Worst courier experience ever

My package has been sitting in a warehouse in regional Victoria for 4 days with zero activity. I contacted them by email to be told it would be delivered the next day. Checked next morning and it’s still sitting in same location. Call them to be told it’s due to a large number of deliveries and will be delivered Monday. So pack will take 10 days to travel 93km in the same state. I will never use this company my self and will strongly urge any company I deal with to find a better delivery service. If I could give a minus 5 star rating, I would.

Poor Communication and Inadequate Problem Resolution

I don't do reviews often but can't let this one go.

No communication about address issues within their own internal database preventing important, time-sensitive shipments from being delivered on time.

No adequate same-day pickup guarantee options and couldn't advise where my nearest depot for collection would be

Parcels from various online shop always arrive in the due time bracket tracking updates for my parcels regularly up dated if not operated has gotten on to it with out the constant run around or rush to get me of the phone and when told that they will up date it's been done and driver is courteous when I meet them out the front of my residence I recommend parcel delivery services above all others in my area

Absaloutely terrible company

Absaloutely terrible company, would not use this guys ever again, and if your a supplier using these guys, be prepared for your clients to be very very angry. It wouldve bern quicker, more efficiant and less of a headache to drive from victoria to NSW to pick up my parcel instead of yousing this useless company

Worst shipping company ever

Got a message that they couldnt delivery my package, I contacted them and asked why? The customer support representative, if you can call her that, Khate C said the driver couldnt locate my property. A property Ive lived at for 4 years and got 1000's of packages delivered to with zero issues prior. They then said I need to come pick up the package, after explaining I paid for delivery she said I have to contact the shop I bought it off for them to apply to re-send my package? instead of just re-sending my package that she admitted they failed to send.

The Worst Delivery Service in Australia - Team Global Express

My previous delivery (last week) according to the TGE tracking, sat at the depot in my WA regional town for 5 days before it was finally delivered! My security cameras showed 2 people made the delivery, one stood at my gate, obviously giving orders or training a new delivery person on what to do. Sure, I got my package but 5 days later after it supposedly arrived at my local depot.
Yesterday, I received a text message from TGE saying, sorry my package is delayed. Today I received a text at 1.47 pm local time advising my package is out for delivery. It’s now 8pm….
TGE is an absolute joke! Has been for years!!!
We pay a premium for delivery from online shopping platforms to be done in by this lot!

So Unprofessional in every way

What a terrible experience. I was due to receive a parcel that required me to be home to accept. I stayed home on the day of delivery and received a text telling me they were unable to deliver as no one was home to accept the parcel. Umm, I was home but no one came to my door and knocked. Typical lazy courier. I started an online chat to ask why he did not just deliver my parcel and initially the person told me because no one was home. I challenged this and he then told me it was because the seller had set special conditions for delivery and they could not meet these and that I had to get the seller to fill out a form to have the package released. I don’t buy any dangerous or high risk products so was confused by this. The seller was listed simply as ‘SFX’ on the shipping label. I had no idea who this was (it was obviously the parent company and not the brand of the item I purchased). When I asked the guy for any more information as I had not purchased anything from a company called SFX, he told me I should know as I was the one who bought from them and then basically left the chat. Nice customer service effort. Twenty mins later I got a text to say my package had been taken to a package collection point for me to pickup. Ummm, I thought you said it couldn’t be released without approval from the seller? Such a bad experience both in terms of delivery and customer service. Spend your courier dollars elsewhere people. Now I’ve wasted nearly a whole day waiting for parcel that never came and have to make a special trip to go and collect it.
