I recently sold an HMO property and appointed TeesLaw as my conveyancers.
What a joy to work with Lisa Frost, Rebecca Bates and Kerry Earle who were very understanding of the number of changes, delays and complications that were inherent in the transaction. With all their experience they guided both myself and my co-owner through the transaction and their communication and professionalism throughout the transaction was impeccable. I had a fantastic experience with Tees. I'd heard nightmares about buying your first house and how stressful it can be, but my solicitor Kate was Amazing from the start (and the team, thank you to Cathy and Fiona). They made the process super easy, they always got back to me, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. 1000% worth spending a bit more on a solicitor than going cheapest deal out there (which is v tempting as a first time buyer!).
