Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. Terrible experience Disorganized Short…
Terrible experience Disorganized Short staffed,and ruined my Son's birthday.
I am incredibly disappointed with how my son's 11th Birthday Party was handled. I specifically booked this party face to face in advance to ensure everything would be perfect. I paid and booked for 16 children,explicitly requesting that the notes reflect this exact number.
Despite this the day was complet disaster due to double booking and poor management:
Overbooking and missing Equipment:
When we arrived they told me they double booked the slot and did not have enough laser tag guns for 16 children. They claimed my booking was only 10 kids,which was completely untrue.
Mixed age groups and fighting:Because of their error, they forced maximum limit of 12 players from our group beacouse 8 older unknown children from another party were mixed into same game ,Mixing 11 years old with much older kids caused arguments and fighting during the match. My son's guests come out crying which is entirely unacceptable. The staff were not vigilant and failed to supervise the game properly.
Beacouse of the players limits and the fact that we were waiting for late arrivals ,only 11 of our children could actually play.
2 refused beacouse they were intimidated by the other group.
However I was still forced to pay for the full game and food package for 16 children,even thought 5 kids only eat the food and never get to play.
Terrible food and service: The food was ridiculous for the price.The pizzas were tiny barely larger than egg and come with a pathetic portion of chips.
To make matters worse the staff completely forgot ice cream i ordered for after meal, and I had to go to remind them myself.

The service really needs to improve as…
The service really needs to improve as we had to go constantly to the reception to ask for refills plus clearing tables and enter the games room.
The game leader wasn’t engaging or interested to lead the birthday party. Not did he made sure that everyone understands the game or how the equipment works
I would not recommend this place to anyone and don’t want go back either. Paid £400 for the party and it was not worth it at all.

Bowling is really a lot of fun
Bowling is really a lot of fun. The online booking process is really easy, and I was running late and was able to change the time of my booking, which was really great. There is food and drink available for purchase but unfortunately the QR code wasn't working which means you had to leave the lane and go to the bar to order food & drink, which interrupted the game....hence the 4 stars.

Booked Karaoke room for my daughters…
Booked Karaoke room for my daughters 10th birthday and it was lovely. The room is cosy and there is a large choice of music. The staff is also super nice and always accommodating amd helpful even in crazy weekends.

Overall good experience
Lanes were available on time and clean. Only downside was the bar, we ordered two cocktail pitchers and there was literally no alcohol so was a waste of money. Overall though a nice time
