Our original lane only had one bumper working but a member of staff quickly switched our lane after informing them. We got 2 games for £30 for 3 people which I thought was good value. Good selection o... Voir plus

Friendly and attentive staff. Check their website for promotions to save money.
We have some friends visiting and decided last minute going bowling. At the place, we realised that it was much more expensive that we expected and decided to cancel it. However, the staff who attended us, gave us some advice and suggested to booking it online (despite we were already at the location) and apply for the online discount.
So we played two games, order some drinks and food and we had a great and funny afternoon.
We are grateful to the staff. They were also very friendly and attentive. The installations are great, the music is not too loud and allow conversation. The lanes seats are comfortable. There are good combinations of food and drinks when booking to save money.
My advice is to check previously on their website and ensure that you book with some of the deals, otherwise is expensive.

Great games
Booked a couple of games here.... we had children and pensioners in our group! Lanes were clean and ready, easy to check in and play. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perhaps music a little loud but we enjoyed our games.

Great bowing, very long wait for the food.
Bowing experience was as expected.
Barriers broken, did mention to the staff and they said it’s been like to for months.
Service was good, yet the food took absolutely ages and for food that simply goes in the fat fryer, an hour was too long. For bowling, yes it’s good, maybe pass on ordering food.

The bowling itself
The bowling itself, great fun. The boys loved the arcade too. The only downside was the boy/gents toilet was just a disgrace. With such a high volume of guests including children they need hourly checks. This will obviously increase the price of bowling.

Music way too loud
Very clean, fast drinks. But music was way too loud! We had to keep shouting at each other, gave up talking, even about the game. Bowling used to be a lovely sociable night out...now its a night club.

Fun bowling experience
We always enjoy bowling here as a family. The place is vibrant and the bowling is always a fun experience, though we find it can be difficult sometimes to find a ball of the right weight for all members of the group. It’s never a huge problem and is probably because the place is always busy. Parking is available at the multistorey close by and there are some lovely restaurants in the leisure park. Staff are occasionally a little slow to serve at the bar but they try hard and it seems to be an under-staffing problem at times. Having the pool tables and arcades is a great addition and makes a really fun day out. The arcades are now all cashless which makes things simpler.

Bowling in general was brilliant but service from staff was slow and took a long time for just getting drinks, we waited over 40mins for our preorder drinks

Bowling alley is looking so untidy and…
Bowling alley is looking so untidy and staff look like they have just dragged themselves out of bed!
Couldn’t get bowling screen to work when arrived so had to go and find someone.
Then decided to play on arcades as we left and paid to use some of the games but they didn’t work, tried to get money back but kept being pushed from pillar to post and gave up in the end.
Expensive bowling alley frankly which doesn’t have anything going for it that warrants that price other than it’s the only one in Cambridge!!!
Shame as we went for our daughters birthday so kind of spoilt her day.

This would have been 5 stars if it hadn't taken nearly 20 minutes - and 2 people from separate lanes reporting the problem - to unblock the balls at the pin end on the lanes

Staff were extremely helpful
Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, place was clean the only downside is the bowling lanes could do with clearing empty glasses and food waste a bit more often.

We had a great time playing pool and…
We had a great time playing pool and then a game of bowling.
Only downside was that the floors and tables were very messy.
A few of the pool cues were broken and there was only one chalk.
Bowling was fun.
