Not very satisfied
It was a nice experience although I have two complaints, one of them is that we couldn’t throw the bowling ball after we hit one because the light glow red and the second one is that we ran out of bowling balls within first round

The offer of 50% off bowling and drinks made it a low cost date night for my partner and I. The staff were also kind.

Poor customer service
When we arrived the man behind the desk just looked at us and said nothing, I said hello and said we had a booking and gave him my name, again he said nothing, looked at the computer and said “you’ll be lane 2” and then silence, as he carried on looking at the computer, eventually my partner said “sorry is that everything?” And he said yes. I then had to prompt and say we had pre-ordered food and could I request there was no sauce on one of the burgers, he just said “they don’t come with sauce”, and that was it. We went to our lane and it was faulty and we were told it had been playing up all day, so we were moved to the one next to it. Food was then delivered to the lane we had previously been allocated (by this point someone else was sat there), and ours never arrived until we approached a staff member to ask. When the food eventually arrived just before we were about to finish, there was tomato sauce on all of the burgers. Not ideal where allergies are concerned.
It sounds futile but the customer service when we arrived was extremely poor.

Nice set up
Nice set up. Got the slot quickly. Had booked a second slot for a friend which we are able to merge with ours. Very reasonable cost on the Thursday deal. Overall great way to unwind. We have been bowling here for nearly 12 years and haven’t been disappointed.

Generally a good experience
Generally a good experience, unfortunately the barriers on the lane were broken and after requesting assistance twice in the first 5 minutes we were informed that they won't go up and down so we'd need to pick one or the other. I requested a lane change and this was sorted. Would have been better for that to have been suggested by the technician rather than me having to request it.
