Had to wait for it open at- though it advises you to arrive 15 minutes beforehand. So maybe that’s something for them to review.
Staff helpful and friendly. Good facilities.

Given our lane number went to start and it was covered in empty glasses and rubbish while the staff where at the bar chatting my husband went to ask someone to clear it they eventually came over to sort it out also given the wrong drinks twice

Not enjoyable
There was a party on the lane next to us with 6-7 kids who kept coming onto our lane making it dangerous when we were taking our shots, i kept having to look just incase the kids were there as me and my son played just incase we hit one as they were everywhere and the parents didnt seem to care or seem bothered that they were disrupting our game, this made our game less enjoyable as we couldnt play properly.

The machine broke
The machine broke so only managed to play for half an hr. It was fully booked so couldn’t add time on. We got a voucher to come back which is why it’s not a one star

Bowling and drinks service was great, toilets not
Bowling and drinks service was great, lovely atmosphere and music. However toilets are disgusting, they smell terribly of stale urine and need a deep clean.
