Just one problem this time. On arrival we were told to use alley no 3. We had our grandsons with us and they use the optional side barriers for their bowling. It wasn't until the 3rd bowl for the boys... Voir plus

We had a great family day out bowling and there Is plenty to do however the game kept stopping as there were too many balls on each stand apparently. I feel it isn't our job to be arranging the balls... Voir plus

Great atmosphere, the kids absolutely loved it and, with special offers, wasn't too out of our price range!! Friendly staff, clean, OK prices on drinks. Great experience!!

Great experience as always.
It's a great bowling alley. Always clean and lanes available. There's lots of other extra activities available too. Suitable for all the family. We especially enjoy it when the half term offers are on. It makes it more affordable for us as a young family.

Booked online at short notice last Sunday, 3 games for £12 for my son and his friend, easy to book, kids had a great time and great value for money

Kids enjoyed it
Kids enjoyed it, very expensive and super loud. We were offered to go up stair as the quieter, but it really wasn't. But the screen set us is easy

Great variety of activities …
I booked the karaoke for my daughter and her friends and went bowling while they were there. Felt very safe to leave them in the allocated room. Quick set up, no delays and timings all worked well.

Tenpin Chester
Great location. Lots of things to do on site, like arcade, bowling, laser tag, karaoke rooms, escape rooms and food and drink. We spent a good few hours there and it was very clean considering how busy it was. Staff were friendly. Will definitely be visiting again soon

Security staff were very rude
Security staff were very rude.
Security made myself and my residents feel incredibly uncomfortable following us both around the facility.
Had to ask the Security staff to back away from us multiple times as my client started to get agitated.
What was meant to be a fun afternoon out for my ladies with learning disabilities turned into them withdrawing and shutting down after the Security was following us around.

Amazing service from the tenpin team
Amazing service from the tenpin team. I payed for 2 games of bowling with my young family. It turned out that 1 game was enough before they were getting distracted. The team in Chester were really helpful and refunded us the 2nd game. Will definitely be back

Bar service was pretty poor
Bar service was pretty poor. They didnt say a single word to me when serving me. Didnt tell me how much the transaction was, just brandished the card machine at me and looked away. Not very welcoming.

Great venue
Great venue, we pre booked and everything was ready for us. Unfortunately the balls got stuck at the end and despite pressing the buzzer and going to the bar twice they forgot us but once they sorted it, it was all good. Everywhere was clean and staff were all positive
