Food not the best hard buns and burgers were like rubber the arcade never gave the kids the tickets they won when told staff about the problem they never came to sort it so gave up

Brilliant experience
I had an issue using my 2 4 1 online so went in and the lovely Autumn said she couldn't put this through and to call customer services. She was so sympathetic and lovely. Just before I got there the customers in front were so rude and literally threw the money at her. They were short and just walked away without any communication. Someone from that party just walked up to her and threw her the remaining money. She handled it like a pro and smiled through it. Anyway,I called customer services and the lady on the phone sorted out my issue instantly and booked me in for bowling with my children straight away. Autumn at the till signed us in and off we went to play.

Booked with Burger meal with my Bowlinh…
Booked with Burger meal with my Bowlinh game but they said they had problem and no burgers available so they gave us very small, well tiny pizza you could ever imagine so wasn’t happy as no other alternative option was given!

To little staff
To little staff, had to wait to book in and get served at the bar, only one person doing both as far as I could see. Ladies toilets smelt awful, urine and toilet paper all over the floor, no soap in dispenser.

Had a 3 person £10 bowling and food…
Had a 3 person £10 bowling and food night.
They informed us when we got there (we booked around 4 nights prior) that they had no grill, no fryers so we couldn't have food. They then informed us they could do pizza but it would be a kids pizza and very small.
5 mins before leaving I finally found someone and asked about the food, the rushed back and talked to manager and people and they all looked confused and as we finally left they brought them out and it was two hand sized round pizzas that were burnt and inedible.
Asked for partial refund and was told no.
Sadly won't be coming back again.

Booked online
Booked online, paid for 3 Thursday 2 games of bowling and burger meal for myself, and two disabled individuals (one in powered wheelchair).
Arrived and was told there’s no food. I asked to book us in for next Thursday same time for comp and was told can’t do that. Then was told they had pizza so the two lads was at least satisfied with the fact they would get some food.
Pizza came and was the little microwave ones cut into 4 slices.
Never go again

The girl on the soft play desk was amazing!!! Very helpful and lovely - made the session fab for the kids.
Had technical issues with the bowling lane which was annoying so we got transferred to a new lane

Half term play
Had a lovley time with the grandchildren in the playzone the lady on reception and bar was lovley really helpful and kind blonde lady I think her name was becky offered to carry the drinks to the table all round a lovley day 😀

ZERO attendance when pressing service button
Balls kept getting stuck, either on the sides or where the actual pins were, kept pressing the service call button but unfortunately no one could be bothered to attend, so had to try and dislodge them ourselves while playing the game, I understand it was busy but maybe have more staff on to attend when there is a problem
