Didn’t respond to my email until the day after so wasn’t able to reschedule tickets as website glitched when booking them and gave me the earliest time of the day

Lane breakdowns
Played 2 games and 3 times it broke down and required a guy to come and fix it, some sort of sensor problem which took a good 5 minutes each time which kind of ruined the game.

Food took forever to be served and was just a bowl of fries. Was delivered about 30-40 mins after ordering when we were on our last shots

The bowling and the staff were brilliant. We booked karaoke online to learn thst it’s 20 pound if you book in the premises but 50 if you book online.
Mics weren’t working. Staff tried really hard, manager tried really hard not to speak to us. Eventually got a refund. Except it wasn’t another 50 has been taken from my account and not refunded.

Love tenpin but feel the tables at lanes are small we had 4 children and two parents so when you order food etc not enough room

The bowling was ok
The bowling was ok, would be five stars but our lane broke twice over two games and the burger we got was terrible quality. Loved the arcade and pool though!
