Pressed the call button to order some drinks, nobody attended for a long time, no bother I’ll get them at the bar. At the bar another client was putting in a large drinks order, being served by somebody competent. Three other staff were watching her. There were two additional staff right next to them in the booking in section just talking. Ok I can wait, patiently, no-one acknowledged I was there. No eye contact, no explanation why 5 people are just standing around not serving, no oh sorry we will be with you, maybe they were training, maybe they were statues who knows, I don’t know because nobody spoke to me. Competent server was busy with a large order. Even that person if they were training could have thrown me a look to explain, or pushed the boat out and spoke to me. I gave up, finished our games and left, mouth as dry as a flip flop. But still breathing, not the end of the world, but the whole situation was weird af.

Poor Value
We chose the 2 games of bowling and burgers however our food had not arrived by the time our game had finished. We were waiting for our food to arrive when the next family arrived to take the lane we were on. We were barely on the lane for 30 mins and it cost almost £30 for 1 adult and 1 junior. Not great value for money.
The portion sizes were very small, the burgers were plain and not great quality. There was no difference in portion size from a child’s burger to an adults. There are much nicer places to eat which offer a better value for money.
On a positive note, the customer service department were very helpful. There was an accident on the road on our way to the venue and they swapped our time slot as we were stuck in traffic. The young man was very pleasant and helpful.

Staff weren’t very attentive
Staff weren’t very attentive, I waited at the front desk for a while for someone to acknowledge my booking, I then had to find someone after waiting about for another 10 minutes to start our game! It was very busy as it was during the Easter school holidays, definitely not enough staff available!

To be honest
To be honest, for the money we paid, the experience was disappointing. The pods where we were seated were dirty and quite small, especially for four people. The food was poor quality, and we had to wait a long time for it. By the time it arrived, our table still hadn’t been cleaned – in fact, it wasn’t cleared until we had finished the game.
The bowling itself felt very basic. The screens didn’t show useful stats like who was leading or how many points you scored per turn, just a simple board with overall scores.
Apart from the great company we were with, the whole experience was poor compared to other places charging similar prices.

Great experience & good staff
Great experience, staff very friendly and assisted when our lane was still in use. Quickly resolved, cleaned the lane and really enjoyed the experience.

Very happy with our visit!
All staff were great with our big group. Helped us out with everything we needed without a problem. We had a huge order for food, as having a group of 20 kids with us, and it was super fast which helped us out a lot, we are super grateful!

We enjoyed our game so much we paid for…
We enjoyed our game so much we paid for an extra one. Unfortunately during this game, the system failed and we couldn't continue. The staff then allocated another lane for us and gave us additional two games to compensate. Very good result.

Tuesdays are now our family bowling night. Great value for the money. But won't be going to 5 guys across from it after bowling. Really horrible expensive food and spoiled a great night at tenpin

Had a lovely time
Can't complain. Had a lovely family time. We even took selfies for more fun. The food was delivered to the line. Even so the burger and fries was quite small portion - it was tasty meal, and appeared quite enough. Definitely will be back.

Customer service was good
Customer service was good, the kids love bowling but the only thing that let them down was the toilets. No soap at all, some dispensers had sanitiser in them but no signs to say its sanitiser. Not great for people with allergies or skin issues. That is twice we have been there recently and the toilets have been the same.

We all enjoyed our game
We all enjoyed our game. It would have been good to have hooks to hang our jackets on so we didn't have to sit on them, but otherwise it was a fun night

Team were helpful but a little slow…
Team were helpful but a little slow getting our drinks order to us we had finished our game and met the drink at the bar rather than table service.
But over all have a good time

Well organised
Well organised, clean and everyone had a great time . Kids enjoyed being able to have pic of self when their turn . As always in places like this food , drink and snacks dear. Paying by card is so slow.Didnt buy much therefore still 5 star . Would return and recommend.
